Research On Basketball Special Ability Training For Physical Education Students Majoring In Physical Education Of Xi’an Institute Of Physical Education Under The Concept Of OBE

In order to guide colleges and universities to follow the laws of education and focus on the quality of undergraduate education and teaching,the Implementation Plan for the Audit and Evaluation of Undergraduate Education and Teaching in Colleges and Universities(2021-2025)issued by the Ministry of Education in 2021 clearly proposes that students’ development should be the standard,studentcentered,students’ training objectives should be clear,students should be in line with the society,and students should be oriented to meet the social needs.OBE teaching concept of continuous improvement of teaching methods.Based on the new requirements of undergraduate education and teaching evaluation,this study,from the perspective of OBE concept and combined with the special basketball training goal of physical education major of Xi ’an Physical Education University,analyzes the cultivation of the special basketball ability of physical education major students of Xi ’an Physical Education University,in order to improve the special basketball ability of physical education major students.It provides reference for the cultivation of basketball special ability of physical education major in relevant colleges and universities.This study uses the method of literature,expert interview,Delphi method,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and other research methods,guided by the concept of OBE,to construct the components of the basketball special ability of students majoring in physical education of Xi ’an Physical Education University,and investigate the current situation of the cultivation of the basketball special ability of students majoring in physical education of Xi ’an Physical Education University.This paper analyzes the problems in the cultivation of basketball special ability of students majoring in physical education in Xi ’an Physical Education University,and puts forward some measures to solve the problems.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The basketball ability of students majoring in physical education of Xi ’an Physical Education University is composed of 4 first-level indicators and 12 secondlevel indicators under the concept of OBE.Among them,the first-level indicators include the ability to use basketball theory knowledge,teaching ability,skills and tactics ability,and the ability to organize and administer the game.The secondary indexes include teaching theory knowledge,competition organization knowledge,referee knowledge,explanation demonstration ability,basketball classroom design ability,teaching organization ability,offensive technology ability,defensive technology ability,offensive tactics ability,defensive tactics ability,basketball competition organization ability and on-court referee ability.(2)Under the concept of OBE,the overall level of basketball specialized ability of students majoring in physical education of Xi ’an Physical Education University is not optimistic.The ability to use basketball theory knowledge is not solid;The ability to master offensive techniques and offensive tactics in basketball is good,but the ability to master defensive techniques and defensive tactics is not good,and the development of technical and tactical abilities is not balanced;Among the teaching abilities,teaching organization ability is well mastered,explaining demonstration ability needs to be improved;The ability of competition organization and adjudication should be strengthened.(3)Under the concept of OBE,the graduates majoring in basketball in physical education major of Xi ’an Physical Education University believe that there is a certain gap between the training effect of specialized basketball ability and the job demand,33.96% of the graduates believe that the gap between the study of specialized basketball courses and the job demand is relatively large.(4)Training measures proposed based on the concept of OBE include:through basketball theoretical knowledge competition and strengthening the study of theoretical knowledge of related disciplines to improve the application of theoretical knowledge of students specializing in basketball;To improve the teaching ability of students majoring in basketball through teaching skills competitions such as simulated class and speaking class skills;By increasing the number of teaching matches in basketball class and basketball basic skills competition to improve the students’ technical and tactical ability;Through the basketball special "second class" and basketball activities outside the school to improve the ability of basketball special students to organize and referee competitions.
