| With the continuous development of competitive taekwondo sports,the competition has become more and more intense,which puts forward higher requirements for the physical ability,technical and tactical level of the athletes.As an important part of the physical training of taekwondo athletes,the core strength has become increasingly important in the training and competition.This paper mainly explores the influence and effect of core strength training on rapid strength in taekwondo athletes.This paper adopts the literature data method,expert interview method,test method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method.With20 male athletes of Shaanxi Taekwondo team as the experimental subjects,the 8-week experimental training intervention was selected,namely,vertical strength,standing long jump and abdomen jump,and left knee lift,double flying kick,lower split,and left horizontal kick.Results:(1)after the training intervention,the results of the hip and knee joints were significantly different between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).(2)The time and height of squat(CMJ)and half squat(SJ)were divided by the experimental group(0.24 ± 0.02 s,27.87 ± 02.84 cm,2.24 ± 0.021 s,26.93 ± 4.64 cm)(0.22 ± 0.25 ± 3.24 s,23.21 cm,0.22 ± 0.017 s,23.01 ± 3.60 cm)and the control group(P <0.05).(3)After the standing long jump(meters)and 30 s abdominal jump(times),the results(2.57 ± 0.14 m,54.20 ± 3.91)in the experimental group(2.45 ± 0.12 m,50.30 ± 2.41)in the control group(P <0.05).(4)After the training intervention,the left and right knee lift,double flying kick and lower split between the experimental group(63.30 ± 4.40,62.80 ± 2.25,and 34.40 ± 0.85)and the experimental group(59.10 ±6.14,57.30 ± 5.10,32.42)in the control group(P <0.01).(5)The number(times),effective hitting(pound)of the left and right legs were significantly different(41.20 ±2.32,42.60 ± 2.71,48.04),48.59 and 47.30 ± 8.47),37.30 ± 2.940 ± 6.58);the striking force value was extremely significant(P <0.0.1).Conclusion:(1)According to the comparative analysis of experimental data,the quality of the basic fast strength in the core strength training was significantly improved;in the traditional strength training,there was no significant difference.(2)According to the comparative analysis of experimental data,the training effect of special fast strength in the taekwondo group under the core strength training is higher than that of traditional strength training... |
