The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the No.1 document of the Central Committee in 2023 pointed out that to fully promote rural revitalization,it is necessary to stabilize the employment of migrant workers,fully protect the labor rights and interests of key groups,improve the security system,and strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of workers in flexible employment and new employment forms.Informal employment is the expression of flexible employment,at present,both the scale of informal employment and the scale of informal sector economy are increasing continuously.It is understood that more than 50% of the total urban employment population belongs to informal employment workers,and migrant workers account for the largest proportion in this part of the employment population.Informal employment satisfaction of migrant workers not only has an impact on their own work situation and quality of life,but also has an impact on the sense of social integration in the city.It is of positive significance for the social stability and harmony,the realization of common prosperity and the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy to improve the employment satisfaction of this group in a reasonable way.In the research process,the author takes the satisfaction of informal employment of migrant workers as the research object,according to qualitative analysis and factor analysis,sets up its evaluation index system,and conducts endowment based on the human capital,individual characteristics,natural capital and social capital of migrant workers.In this way,the specific factors affecting the research object are analyzed,and the detailed analysis contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)This study takes the informal employment satisfaction of migrant workers as the research object,and sets up its index system.When analyzing the object of this study,the author uses qualitative analysis to specifically analyze the corresponding indicators,and uses qualitative analysis and factor analysis to analyze the dimensions of "individual characteristics","incentive factors","working environment" and "working treatment".Moreover,14 indicators are selected to carry out a detailed study,and finally the corresponding evaluation model and measurement standards are determined.(2)Analysis of influencing factors of informal employment satisfaction of rural migrant workers.Based on the literature review and theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward the hypothesis that individual characteristics,work environment,motivational factors and job treatment all have significant positive effects on job satisfaction.After careful study and analysis,the author finally came to the conclusion that the countermeasures listed include:(1)vigorously accelerate the vocational skills training process;(2)To build a scientific and unified labor market;(3)To ensure the improvement of the social security system and its enforcement;(4)Improve and extend the employment space of migrant workers.From the perspective of migrant workers,it is reasonable and flexible to choose informal employment.With "improving people’s quality of life" as the starting point,we should ensure that the content of the analysis of migrant workers’ employment satisfaction can be effectively extended and refined,and adopt a scientific way to improve the satisfaction of migrant workers’ informal employment,which is of great significance for achieving common prosperity and balanced development between urban and rural areas and regions,as well as bringing people’s quality of life to a higher level.
