With the popularization of the Internet,modern technologies in education keep advancing,education informatization is developing at a fast pace,and the blended learning model is steadily becoming the new learning norm going forward.Under the special environment of the epidemic situation,blended Courses with Online and offline integration have rapidly become the main direction of college curriculum construction,and the blended learning model has also become a main trend in higher education today.In the era of big data,students ’ online learning behavior data is an integral part of the massive education data.Deep mining and analysis of these data can effectively understand students,optimize learning behavior and improve learning effect.This study takes online learning behavior and learning effect as the study variables.By analyzing the relative literature at China and abroad,the correlation concepts of blended learning mode,online learning behavior and learning effect are defined.A framework for analyzing online learning behaviors in a blended learning model with task learning behaviors,interactive learning behaviors,and learning participation as learning behavior analysis dimensions is designed.Based on this,this research takes the public course of ’ Application of Modern Educational Technology ’as exemplified.Starting from the online learning behavior of learners participating in public courses in colleges and universities,we extract the platform learning logs and analyze the learning contents to obtain data on students’ online learning behaviors,get to know the basic situation of students’ blended learning,in order to summarize the behavioral characteristics of learners.Finally,exploring the connection between online learning behaviors and learning outcomes,and use multiple linear regression method to find the key online learning behavior that affects learning effect,namely resource learning initiative,chapter detection completion,learning page visits and course discussion completion.The main findings from this research are as shown below: 1.Online learning behavior in a blended learning model has a significant impact on learning outcomes.From the perspective of the influence of online learning behavior on learning effect,online learning behavior can be defined,which can be divided into strong correlation behavior,related behavior and unrelated behavior,and derive the classification table of online learning behaviors under the blended learning model.On the whole,the interactive learning behaviors in the blended learning model have the greatest impact on the learning effect,followed by the task learning behaviors,and the learning participation has a smaller impact on the learning effect.2.In the blended learning model of university public courses,learners can be divided into four categories according to different online learning behaviors,excellent group,good group,general group and poor group,accounting for 24.8 %,33.8 %,30.1 % and 11.3 % respectively.The four kinds of learners show different online learning behaviors and differences in learning effects.According to the research conclusions,the optimization suggestions for online learning behavior are put forward: 1.Design online learning behavior and enrich high-quality learning resources.2.Strengthen online interactive behavior and enhance evaluation function development.3.Improve technical support services and deepen the understanding of learning behavior.It provides new ideas for the effective application of blended learning model in public courses in universities.
