| In recent years, with the promulgation of China’s child-related policies and the introduction of a new social governance model based on collaboration, participation, and common interests, more and more social forces have joined the children’s services, and most of them are carried out in the form of service projects. The quality of current children’s service programs varies due to the different qualifications, capabilities, and experience of different contractors. Therefore,it is important to improve the service level and optimize the service strategy for the development of children’s services.Asset building and children’s services are consistent in terms of goals. The purpose of children’s services is to promote children’s growth and development and have a positive impact on their continuity, which is consistent with the development goal of asset building. Therefore, analyzing and optimizing the development of children’s service programs from the perspective of asset building theory can help the programs work in a more standardized and directional manner, make full use of service resources, and improve the quality of program work.Based on this, this paper chooses the asset-building perspective to optimize the children’s service programs.Based on the practice of the T-Community R program, the author used literature analysis, interviews and participatory observation to collect relevant data, analyze the service content and process of the children’s service program from the perspective of asset building, and propose targeted suggestions for program optimization. The study found that the service process of the children’s service program was mainly carried out in the form of children’s curriculum, practical activities and informal interactions among individuals to build intangible assets, and there were problems such as insufficient guidance in the implementation of the program, weak group norms and a weak sense of trust in the group. The author analyzes the causes of the existing problems and proposes optimizing suggestions such as developing an asset building assessment system, incorporating asset building goals into program content, and advocating social development of children’s asset building in order to improve the service level of children’s service programs and promote intangible asset building for children in children’s service programs. |
