In this era of competition between knowledge and talents,more and more countries begin to pay attention to the quality of education,and learning input,as one of the important indicators to measure the quality of education,is also paid attention by more and more scholars.With the development of the information society,information technology has become increasingly important to the development of students.However,in terms of the information technology courses in senior high school,students’ learning investment in information technology courses is low and the learning effect is not ideal.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the learning investment in information technology classes.This study mainly investigates the current situation of learning input in high school information technology classroom,analyzes its influencing factors,and proposes relevant strategies based on project design,hoping that these strategies can improve students’ learning input and improve the project teaching quality in high school information technology classroom.This study uses the literature research method to understand the research status of learning engagement and project teaching at home and abroad,completes the literature review,defines the concept of project teaching and learning engagement,and compiles a questionnaire about the current situation and influencing factors of IT classroom learning engagement in high school based on relevant literature.By sending out questionnaires to understand the current situation of high school students’ IT classroom learning input,processing and analyzing the questionnaire data,summarizing the current situation of high school students’ IT classroom learning input,and analyzing the factors that affect students’ behavior,emotion and cognitive input.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey and supported by constructivism learning theory,learning engagement theory and self-determination theory,project design strategies are proposed from the perspective of learning engagement.Quasi-experimental research method was applied to carry out practical research on the proposed project design strategy.Experimental class used the proposed strategy to carry out the project design,while the control group used the general project teaching method to carry out the experiment.After the practice,students’ test scores,works evaluation form,learning process evaluation form and learning engagement scale were collected,and SPSS software was used to compare the data of the two classes.It was found that the project design strategy proposed in this study could improve students’ behavior,emotion and cognitive input,promote students’ mastery of knowledge and skills,and promote the development of students’ comprehensive ability.The project design strategy based on learning input proposed in this study provides theoretical guidance and reference for the teaching reform of information technology projects in high school.To promote and apply the project design strategy based on learning input,effectively improve the level of behavior,emotion and cognitive input in high school IT classroom,improve the teaching effect and quality of high school IT classroom project,and promote the reform of high school IT classroom teaching.
