| At present,project-based learning has gradually become one of the commonly used teaching methods in information technology, but there are still some shortcomings in its practice. For example, teachers only pay attention to this discipline and ignore the integration of multiple disciplines;the projects proposed by teachers are divorced from reality, ignoring students’ interests. In recent years, the idea of STEAM has gradually become one of the research hotspots in the field of education. It has the characteristics of interdisciplinary, practicality and comprehensiveness which can make up for the shortcomings in the current implementation process of project-based learning. It is an important idea to practice projectbased learning. This study combines the idea of STEAM with project-based learning to give full play to their respective advantages in order to improve the quality of students’ training. Methods Questionnaire survey, interview, literature research, observation and action research were used.First of all, through literature research,we can understand the relevant theories and research status of STEAM concept and project-based learning, and provide the foundation and research ideas for the follow-up research;Secondly, through questionnaire survey and interview,it is found that there are some problems in project-based learning in junior high school information technology courses, such as the project is divorced from the reality of life, the uneven distribution of team cooperation tasks and the weak consciousness of students in interdisciplinary problem solving. In addition, through literature research,it is found that it is feasible to combine project-based learning with STEAM concept.Thirdly, design the corresponding learning process and apply it to junior high school information technology teaching. After three rounds of improvement,After three rounds of improvement,a more perfect learning process is finally designed. Finally, the effects of the pre-and post-test data of the student learning situation scale, classroom performance and comprehensive scores of works on the designed project-based learning process based on the STEAM concept are analyzed, and it is concluded that this learning process can improve students’ learning interest, teamwork ability and interdisciplinary problem-solving ability. |
