With the deepening of the new curriculum reform in high schools and the promulgation of the curriculum standard of information technology in general high schools(2017 edition),the information technology textbooks and curriculum contents and forms in high schools have changed to a certain extent.Under the guidance of the new curriculum standard,senior high school information technology courses no longer satisfy the traditional teachers' teaching and students' imitation,but pay more attention to the cultivation of students' core qualities of information technology.The project-based learning advocated in the new curriculum standard is in line with the cultivation of students' discipline core quality.STEAM education is interdisciplinary and comprehensive,which promotes the development of students' innovative thinking,practical ability and problem solving ability.STEAM education is particularly suited to project learning based on life experience and social practice.The quality of project design in project teaching is directly related to the learning process and results as well as the implementation of core qualities.Based on this,this paper studies the design of high school information technology curriculum project based on STEAM.The main content of this paper is to study the parts of compulsory modules suitable for project teaching according to the actual needs of project teaching of information technology discipline in senior high schools,and to construct and verify the STEAM based high school information technology curriculum project design based on the core features of STEAM and the concept of project teaching.In the whole research process,literature research was used to sort out the theoretical support of STEAM education,project teaching,information technology teaching in high school and project design.Interviews were conducted with teachers and students in the front line of information technology in senior high schools to understand the problems in project design and application.According to previous research results and personal research results,the design process of senior high school information technology curriculum project based on STEAM is constructed and interpreted in terms of information awareness,computational thinking,digital learning and innovation,core accomplishment of information social responsibility and interdisciplinary and comprehensive STEAM education.Finally,action research is adopted to apply the project design process to the teaching design,and the Flanders analysis method is used to analyze,combined with my teaching reflection to modify and improve.Through the verification,the project design of high school information technology courses based on STEAM is feasible,which can help teachers' project teaching,improve students' comprehensive learning ability,and promote the implementation of the core quality of the subject.
