With the development of modern science and technology and the course reform,modern information technology has been widely used in the field of education,especially in the design and implementation of curriculum.Mind map is a radioactive graphical thinking tool,which was invented by the famous British educator Tony Bazan.It is an effective tool to present abstract thinking of human beings by visualizing knowledge in the way of structure diagram.In addition,according to the characteristics of divergent thinking of human brain,knowledge can be classified according to different themes and different emphases and presented in a hierarchical structure diagram to promote understanding and memory.It has been widely applied and concerned in the Western world since the day it was produced.Although the research on mind map in China is relatively late compared with that in western countries,its development speed is very rapid,especially in the field of education and teaching,which has received a lot of attention and application.This research mainly adopts interview method,questionnaire method,literature method and other research methods to carry out comprehensive investigation and research.This paper investigates the application of mind map by MATHEMATICS teachers in some ELEMENTARY schools in Shuangyashan City,analyzes the application status and existing problems of mind map in mathematics teaching in elementary schools,and puts forward corresponding solutions based on this.This study mainly starts from several aspects,such as the familiarity degree,frequency,effect and willingness of mind map for mathematics teachers in senior grade of primary school.Firstly,the relevant literature on the application of mind map in primary school mathematics teaching is collected and sorted out,and then a systematic analysis is carried out.Secondly,targeted interviews were conducted with teachers from the aspects of cognition,application and drawing of mind map.Finally,use the designed questionnaire to understand the current situation and problems in the application of mind mapping.Teachers lack the relevant professional knowledge of using mind map,teachers can not grasp the usefulness of mind map,teachers have some difficulties in drawing effective mind map,teachers formalize it in the teaching process,etc.On the basis of above research,this paper puts forward a mind map in high school mathematics teaching in teachers’ effective application of the strategy,improve teachers’ professional knowledge use of mind mapping,improve teachers’ application of mind map teaching ability,the ability to promote teachers draw a mind map effectively,optimizing the application of mind maps elementary school mathematics teaching activities.
