In recent years,the public has never stopped discussing educational discipline,and social incidents caused by teachers punishing students have emerged one after another.More and more educational discipline practices are being questioned,and there are many teachers who give up discipline in order to get out of "trouble".On March 1,2021,the Rules on Discipline in Primary and Secondary Education(Trial)(hereinafter referred to as the Rules)came into effect,which is the first special policy on educational discipline in China.Therefore,it is of great significance to investigate the current situation of the implementation of primary school education discipline after the issuance of the Rules,analyze the difficulties faced by primary school teachers in the process of implementing discipline,and then explore the implementation path of primary school teacher education discipline.Focusing on the theme of the dilemma and coping strategies of the implementation of educational discipline in primary school,this study analyzes the practical significance of educational discipline from the perspectives of education,psychology and management using the literature method,observation method and questionnaire survey method,investigates the current situation of primary school teachers’ implementation of educational discipline,and analyzes the understanding and implementation differences of teachers of different genders,different educational qualifications,different teaching ages,different majors and different roles.Through a survey of 212 teachers and 220 students in grades 4 to 6 of J Primary School in Mu danjiang City,and the data collected were analyzed,it was found that: primary school teachers had an inaccurate understanding of educational discipline;The purpose of educational discipline imposed by primary school teachers is unreasonable;Primary school teachers often neglect to counsel students after implementing educational discipline;Primary school teachers are vulnerable to external adverse factors,resulting in a lack of educational discipline in management;Primary school teachers occasionally take sides in favor of one side and lead to unfair educational discipline;Gender-specific teachers have different understandings of educational discipline;There are significant differences in the implementation procedures,influencing factors and effects of educational discipline among primary school teachers with different majors.There are significant differences in teachers’ cognition of educational discipline,implementation procedures,influencing factors,and implementation effects of educational discipline among teachers with different educational qualifications.There are significant differences in the cognition,implementation procedures,and implementation effects of educational discipline among teachers of different teaching ages.Analyze the reasons for the difficulties faced by primary school teachers,help primary school teachers get out of difficulties,and give play to the educational function of educational discipline,and put forward the following strategies: First,education management departments should refine the methods and intensity of implementing discipline,and attach importance to the publicity and popularization of educational punishment;Schools should specialize and categorize students’ irregular behavior,formulate diversified educational disciplinary measures,do a good job of supervising and guiding teachers’ implementation of educational punishments,and cultivate teachers’ educational disciplinary ability based on reality;Teachers should conscientiously study the laws and regulations related to educational discipline and establish a good concept of educational discipline;Continuously improve their comprehensive literacy to ensure the rational implementation of educational discipline;Parents should update their educational concepts in a timely manner and view educational discipline rationally;The society should guide the media to report truthfully and create good public opinion.
