With the "Disciplinary Rules for Primary and Secondary Education(Trial)" issued by the Ministry of Education in 2020,primary and secondary school teachers are clearly given the power of educational disciplinary,which eliminates some teachers’ concerns of "not wanting to supervise" and "not daring to supervise".While giving teachers the confidence in educational disciplinary actions,it also clearly points out the "red line" in educational disciplinary behaviors,which is undoubtedly a kind of protection for both teachers and students.However,the phenomenon of "overheat" and "undercold" still exists in the process of educational punishment.How teachers should get out of the current predicament needs further discussion.Therefore,it is of great value to study the current situation and countermeasures of elementary school teachers’ educational punishment application.With the current situation and countermeasures of primary school teachers’ use of educational punishments as the research theme,combined with literature research and other methods,teachers and students in N primary schools in J City as the research objects,the cognition of teachers and students in primary schools on educational punishments was selected.The administration of educational punishments by the school;Implementation of educational punishments for primary school teachers;Home-school cooperation on educational punishment;Five dimensions of the influence of social factors on educational punishment were investigated,and spss software was used to analyze the current situation of educational punishment in primary schools.Through the research,it is found that there are some problems in the practice investigation: teachers and students have vague understanding of teacher education punishment;The school lacks the guarantee of teacher education punishment;It is unreasonable for teachers to implement educational punishment process;Low degree of cooperation between home and school in education punishment;Educational punishment is facing greater social pressure.Based on the above research results,in order to ensure primary school teachers better use of educational punishment,from the improvement of teachers and students of educational punishment cognition level;To increase the management and support of educational punishment in schools;To improve the ability of teachers to implement educational punishment,strengthen the interaction and cooperation between home and school,optimize the public opinion environment of educational punishment five aspects of the solution.The above measures have certain theoretical significance and reference value for teachers to implement educational punishment in educational management.
