Parents are the first teachers of children and have an important influence on the growth and development of children.Parent-child conflicts are common in early childhood,and they have positive or negative effects.The key is how to deal with parent-child conflicts,that is,parent-child conflict resolution strategies.Psychological capital is a positive psychological state of the individual in the process of growth and development.Pay attention to the status quo of parents' psychological capital of 3-6 years old children and the characteristics of demographic variables,and the relationship between parents' psychological capital and parent-child conflict resolution strategies of 3-6 years old children,which can enrich the study of psychological capital and promote parent-child relationship,for reference.In this paper,the parents of 3-6 years old children were surveyed,and the data were analyzed by using spss17.0 and AMOS24.0 statistical software.According to the research results and analysis,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)The psychological capital of parents of 3-6 years old children is at the upper-middle level.The parent-child conflict resolution strategy adopts more negotiation strategies and less mandatory strategies.(2)The psychological capital of parents of 3-6 years old children has significant differences in parental age,education and monthly income;there is no significant difference in parenthood.child family structure,whether only child,gender and age.(3)Parents of 3-6 years old have more negotiation and avoidance strategies when solving parent-child conflicts,and less mandatory strategies.(4)There is a significant difference in the compulsory strategy in whether or not the only child is born.The negotiation strategy has significant differences in parental age,education,and child gender.The avoidance strategy has significant differences in parental age,monthly income,parental status,and whether or not the only child is born.Third-party help and compromise strategies have significant differences in age.(5)The psychological capital of parents of 3-6 years old children was significantly negatively correlated with compulsory and third party help strategies,and was significantly positively correlated with negotiation and avoidance strategies,and was not significantly correlated with compromise strategies.(6)Parents' mental capital of 3-6 years old children has a significant negative predictive effect on compulsory and third-party help strategies;it has a significant positive predictive effect on negotiation and avoidance strategies.The prediction of the parent-child conflict resolution strategy by the psychological capital is not absolutely greater than the prediction of the parent-child conflict resolution strategy by a single dimension.
