Objective: To improve students’ physique,to explore the effect of HIIT-TABATA training on two kinds of college students’ physical training,and to provide reference for students’ exercise and training in the future.Research methods:(1)Literature method: refer to literature through CNKI,etc.(2)Experimental method: 40 college students(20 ordinary students,20 sports students)were given Tabata training intervention with the same content for 8 weeks,3 times a week,with a total time of 20 minutes each time.All data before and after the experiment were recorded.(3)Use mathematical statistics and comparative analysis method to summarize and analyze.The results were as follows :(1)There was no significant difference in BMI between the two groups except for the boys in the sports department.(2)There was no significant difference between the groups before and after flexion experiment.(3)In terms of strength quality,there are significant differences between the two types of girls,and there are significant differences between the two types of boys except upper body strength.(4)In the step test,there was no significant difference among sports students,but there was significant difference among ordinary college students;(5)There were significant differences before and after the experiment for 30 m ordinary girls,but no significant differences in other groups;(6)There were significant differences in the abdominal muscle endurance of the other groups,except for the girls in the sports department.(7)There was no significant difference in dorsal muscle endurance among sports students,but there was significant difference among ordinary studentsThe research conclusions are as follows :(1)Tabata training has positive significance for physical training of both ordinary college students and sports college students.(2)Under the same content,Tabata training has better effects on BMI,upper limb bench push strength,step test result,30 meter speed result,abdominal muscle endurance and back muscle of ordinary girls than that of sports girls;Tabata training has better effect on BMI,lower limb strength,step test and static back muscle than that of exercise boys.(3)Tabata can be used as a means of exercise and training for two kinds of students.For students of sports department,exercise intensity can be improved appropriately.
