Interest is the emotion of liking or concern for things,which is developed through cultivation on the basis of individual needs.At present,in primary school basketball teaching,teachers attach importance to the teaching of basketball skills,but ignore the cultivation of students’ happy psychology because they like basketball,which leads to the boring and boring primary school basketball class.This thesis adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,teaching experiment method,interview method,comparative analysis method and other research methods,taking the experimental research of game teaching method on the cultivation of basketball interest of 9-10 years old primary school girls as the research object,integrates basketball game into primary school basketball teaching,and designs reasonable basketball game according to the physiological and psychological characteristics of primary school girls.The aim of PE teaching and cultivation is extended from the special technical level to the interest level,so as to improve the positive interest,negative interest,independent learning degree,sports participation and other four interest dimensions of9-10 year old primary school girls,so as to improve their interest in basketball in practice.The students in the control group taught basketball according to the traditional teaching method,while the students in the experimental group taught basketball according to the self-made basketball games,and carried out a 12-week basketball teaching experiment.The test data of the two groups of 9-10 year old primary school girls before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed by using the adapted Questionnaire of 9-10 year old primary school girls’ Interest in Basketball Learning.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.The game teaching method has some influence on the overall level of basketball interest of 9-10 year old primary school girls.In addition to the dimension of sports participation,the other three dimensions of interest,including positive interest dimension,negative interest dimension and basketball attention degree dimension,have different degrees of improvement effect.Primary school girls aged 9-10 years old are in the third stage of human growth and development--childhood,during which the students are at a sensitive stage of physical and psychological development.Teachers integrate basketball games into physical education classes to improve students’ cognition of the four dimensions of interest,which lays a good foundation for improving the interest of primary school girls aged 9-10 years old in basketball.2.The game teaching method increased the positive interest in basketball and decreased the negative interest in basketball among 9-10 year old primary school girls."Climbing Shot" is a competitive game that encourages students to take an active part in.At this stage,students’ attention is enhanced and their psychological plasticity is enhanced.When playing this game,students are eager to reach the end point first,which can fully mobilize students’ enthusiasm and promote the improvement of positive interest dimension.Positive interest dimension is in opposition to negative interest dimension,so it can reduce students’ negative interest.3.The game teaching method has improved the independent learning degree of 9-10 year old girls in primary school."Circle Pursuit Game" is an exploratory game that exercises students’ ability to change their mind and pass the ball.Since students have good understanding and cognitive ability at this stage,they can think independently through the teacher’s guidance when playing the game,so that students can continuously strengthen their independent learning ability in the game.4.The game teaching method has improved sports participation of girls in 9-10 primary schools,but the statistical effect is not obvious.By observing The Times,time,motivation and purpose of students playing basketball,it is concluded that there is no strong correlation between games in basketball teaching and students’ participation in sports.In the post-experiment test results,there was no statistical difference in the dimension of sports participation(p>0.05),which should be explored and developed continuously in future teaching.
