| Background: In 2019,China launched the Mental Health Action for Children and Adolescents, and issued the "Healthy China Action-Mental Health Action Plan for Children and Adolescents(2019-2022)",which pointed out that mental health, especially the mental health of children and adolescents, has become an increasingly prominent major public health problem. The plan points out that the psychological guidance of key groups should be strengthened, and psychological counseling should be carried out for students facing higher education, disadvantaged students and adolescents with general bad behaviors, and psychological intervention should be carried out when necessary. Therefore, the exploration of effective intervention measures and methods for primary school students’ mental health has a distinct era background, important theoretical significance and practical significance.Research by the World Health Organization shows that90% of the world’s diseases are related to emotions.Emotion is a natural gift of human beings,a part of biological regulation devices, and a quite advanced component of life regulation mechanism. As a complex variable in human decision-making process, emotion gives thinking a high degree of flexibility. In the past ten years, the research achievements in the field of emotional neuroscience have ushered in an unprecedented revolutionary explosion.Emotion plays a central role in brain function and spiritual life, which determines how we perceive and react to the world around us,how we get along with others, and how we overcome important difficulties in life.A new generation of scientists are taking emotion as their first choice.Richard Davidson, founder of emotional neuroscience, put forward the classification system of emotional style based on the solid research results of modern neuroscience, providing a new perspective for us to engage in related emotional research.Emotion is not only related to health, but also plays an important role in the communication of social life.Emotion also plays an important role in the cognitive guidance process.Emotion not only affects cognition,decision-making and consciousness from bottom to top;Mental consciousness activities such as cognition can also affect emotions from top to bottom.Dr.Richard Davidson not only put forward the theory of six dimensions of emotional style, but also gave the corresponding laboratory testing and questionnaire evaluation methods, which provides us with the possibility to follow and evaluate emotional style.Contemporary mindfulness is the product of the combination of eastern superstition and western science and culture. Its beginning was the mindfulness stress relief course founded by Dr.Jon Kabakin in 1979.He transformed the mysterious essence of meditation into an operable and quantifiable eight-week cognitive training program. The implementation effect of the intervention was evaluated scientifically with rigorous scientific methods. It is the quiet work of a group of scientists with scientific training and meditation experience, represented by Karbakin, that has brought a concept that is on the edge of science and a little mysticism to the center of science and culture. The year 2011 is also widely regarded as the watershed of contemporary western mindfulness entering the mainstream society of China.Studies show that 20%-60% of human personality traits are determined by genes.Epigenetic studies show that the influence of genes on personality tendencies can put children on the path to a specific character, but some environments and experiences can make them deviate from this path and move towards a new direction.Gene determination is possible, and environment(acquired experience)can affect the opening and closing of genes. That is to say,the acquired environment can influence the congenital factors. It can be seen that the environment can shape not only the behavior but also the function of the brain.A key aspect of emotional style is that it can be changed day after day.We can judge and reshape children’s emotional style.Leonard Monlodino pointed out that research shows that there are two methods that are very effective:one is physical exercise, and the other is mindfulness meditation. Objective: Children and adolescents are the key period of physical and mental development. Can mindfulness training intervention have an impact on their emotional style at this time? What is the impact? How to intervene? In order to answer such questions, this thesis observed the influence of mindfulness training into physical education on pupils’ emotional style. The purpose of this study is to explore the regulating effect of mindfulness training in physical education on pupils’ emotional style. To explore the influence of mindfulness training on the six dimensions of primary school students’ emotional style.Further explore behavioral intervention methods to adjust the emotional style of primary school students.Methods:(1)Subjects: Primary school students in grade 4 and grade 5 of Jiangshan Experimental Primary School in Dezhou City,Shandong Province were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.(2)Index evaluation:All subjects were measured with the method of measuring emotional style and mindfulness level before and after the experiment. The intervention experiment conducted a centralized mindfulness training intervention in physical education class three times a week for eight weeks in the experimental group, while the control group did not make any intervention in normal class. The scores of the mindfulness five-factor scale and the emotional style six-dimension scale were measured before and after the mindfulness training, and the emotional style of the mindfulness training experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed.(3)Intervention implementation: The fourth and fifth grade classes in the experimental group were intervened by integrating mindfulness exercises into the physical education classes three times a week, using the mindfulness training method of "10-minute mindfulness meditation meditation meditation" in John Teasdale(English)and Nie Jing’s translation of "8-week mindfulness journey-getting rid of depression and emotional stress",and using unified standardized audio to guide the subjects to conduct mindfulness training,10 minutes each time,The training intervention organized the experimental group classes to carry out mindfulness exercises after the physical education class preparation activities. The fourth and fifth grade classes in the control group did not have any intervention and had normal classes. It lasts for 8 weeks.(4)Data statistical processing: use spss 26.0 statistical analysis software to carry out corresponding descriptive statistics and inferential statistics on the data.Paired sample t test was used for intra-group comparison, and independent sample t test was used for inter-group comparison. The results were expressed as mean ± standard deviation, and the significance standard was P<0.05.Results: ⑴ After comparing the mindfulness scores of subjects in the experimental group and the control group before and after the eight-week intervention experiment,it was found that the control group had very significant differences in the dimensions of "observation" and "no judgment"(p<0.01),and there was no significant difference in the dimensions of "description","perceived action","no action" and the total mindfulness scores(p>0.05).There was significant difference in the dimension of "no judgment" in the experimental group(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the dimension of "perceived action".There are very significant differences in the dimensions of "observation","description","inaction" and "total score of mindfulness"(p<0.01).⑵ Through the intra-group comparison of the scores of the emotional style dimensions of the subjects in the experimental group and the control group before and after the eight-week intervention,it was found that the "concentration" dimension of the six dimensions of the emotional style in the experimental group(p=0.005)had a very significant difference, and there was no significant difference in other dimensions; There was no significant difference in the six dimensions of emotional style in the control group before and after the experiment. Conclusion: ⑴ The integration of mindfulness training into physical education teaching can significantly improve the concentration dimension of pupils’ emotional style.⑵ Mindfulness training("10 minute mindfulness meditation meditation")in physical education can be an effective and feasible way to improve the concentration level of primary school students. |
