| Homework is the window for teachers and students to communicate,and it is also an important carrier for students to improve their ability.Homework is not just an important teaching activity,but also expanding the value of education.The quality of homework implementation is an important reflection of curriculum reform,and also an important yardstick to measure the level of school-running and teachers.In July,the 2021 General Office of the Communist Party of China and State Council General Office issued the “Opinions on further alleviating the workload of students at the compulsory education stage and the burden of off-campus training”,emphasizing the improvement of the quality of homework design and specifically raising requirements for strengthening the overall management of the homework.Therefore,the quality of homework implementation has become a hot issue.Based on the research results of pedagogy theory,psychological theory and brain science this study used questionnaires to investigate 1700 students and 170 teachers in 5 cities of Shandong province.The survey investigetes and studies the problems in the implemetation of homework in junior high school from five dimensions such as homework design,homework arrangement,homework completion,homework feedback and homework management.This thesis tries to find out the problems existing in the implementation of homework in junior high school,find out the reason of the problem,and seek the countermeasure and suggestion to solve the problem.It is found that the main problems in the current homework implementation are: students’ homework burden is still heavy,homework presents the middle school examination;teachers’ cognition of homework value is still biased,and homework design type is single;the intrinsic motivation of students to complete the homework is not strong;parents’ ability to support students’ homework are uneven;the subject and method of homework evaluation are still single and humanistic concern is insufficient;the school homework management system is still inadequate,and the policy implementation is not in place.Based on the analysis of the survey results and the source of problems,in view of the existing problems in the implementation of junior high school homework,this thesis puts forward the following optimization suggestions: strengthen the top-level design,improve the homework management system;Pay attention to the overall management of homework,optimize the school homework implementation path;Establish a collaborative mechanism,improve the school homework implementation support. |
