With the comprehensive launch and promotion of the new round of basic education reform,school-based curriculum has become a booster for curriculum reform with its flexibility and uniqueness.Based on the era of marine biological resource utilization,school-based curriculum is developed to explore the educational resources and educational value contained in marine biological resources,promote the diversified development of school-based curriculum development,and systematically and comprehensively cultivate students’ ocean awareness,Improving students’ understanding of marine living resources through theoretical learning and practical experience is of great significance for implementing the strategy of building a strong maritime country and improving students’ core literacy in the field of biology.Based on the above research purposes,according to the constructivism theory,Schwab’s practical curriculum model,Stenhouse’s process model,and developmental curriculum evaluation model,the basic links and processes of school-based curriculum development are summarized,and the school-based curriculum development model of "marine biological resources development and utilization" is constructed by using the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,and classroom observation method.This study can be divided into five parts: theoretical research,curriculum development,curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation,summary and reflection.This study first combs the current situation of school-based curriculum development at home and abroad,analyzes the needs of students and schools in the early stage,and determines to select "development and utilization of marine biological resources" for school-based curriculum development in combination with regional characteristics.According to the analysis results and the general process of school-based curriculum development.The school-based curriculum system of "marine biological resources development and utilization" is constructed,and the curriculum practice is carried out in Z Middle School.Finally,the implementation effect of school-based curriculum is evaluated and reflected based on the evaluation system,and the experience and shortcomings in the development process are summarized to provide feedback information for adjusting and improving the school-based curriculum.The research results show that the school-based curriculum of "exploitation and utilization of marine biological resources" developed by this research has improved students’ interest in biological learning,helped improve students’ marine awareness,had a positive impact on students,enriched the school-based curriculum system,and provided references for the development and practice of relevant school-based curriculum.
