| The 100-meter race is a physical competition.It is an anaerobic exercise that tests athletes’ ability to move quickly under high-intensity loads.A scientific and efficient physical training program is the key to improving the performance of the 100-meter race.The cycle training method has the characteristics of strong adaptability and operability.It can achieve different training objectives by adjusting the content and load of the training station.Therefore,this training method is widely used in the daily training of various projects.This study uses the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment,video analysis and mathematical statistics to explore the application effect of circuit training method in 100-meter special physical training in colleges and universities and the difference between it and conventional training methods.In the experiment,36 male students majoring in physical education in grade 2022 of Physical Education and Health Science College of Mudanjiang Normal University volunteered to participate in a 10-week special physical training experiment.The subjects were randomly divided into control group(18 people)and experimental group(18 people).Two training courses are arranged every week.The two groups were trained by routine training method and cycle training method respectively.Before and after the experiment,the special physical fitness levels of the two groups were tested.Before and after the experiment,the special physical fitness levels of the two groups were tested.Finally,SPSS20.0 was used to analyze the test results,and the following conclusions were drawn :(1)After 10 weeks of cyclic training intervention,the 100-meter special physical fitness level and special performance of the experimental group were significantly improved,and the physical training effect was better than the conventional training method used in the control group.(2)This study found that the application of the cycle training method in the 100-meter special physical training has a significant effect on improving speed endurance,anaerobic endurance and ankle stiffness.(3)The specific application of circuit training method should be combined with the special practice,attach importance to the combination of training means,control the duration and interval time of each training station,exercise intensity and energy supply form should be arranged according to the specific needs of the special.At the same time,the design of cycle training content should be gradual,the latter stage is the extension of the previous stage of training,training means should be gradually consistent with the special technology,special ability.(4)Through this study,we found that the maximum muscle strength is not an absolute factor affecting the performance of 100 m running events,but the durability and explosive power of muscle strength are more important.(5)The cycle training method can rapidly improve the students ’ special physical fitness level in the case of short training cycle,and its flexible organization form can effectively mobilize the students ’ interest in practice. |
