In recent years,the state has repeatedly issued policy documents and measures to ensure the development of secondary vocational education,and proposed that vocational education should be placed in a more prominent position in the social structure.But at present,the teaching quality of secondary vocational colleges is not satisfactory,students have low interest in learning,and knowledge and practice cannot be closely integrated.The root cause is that the traditional teaching model is difficult to fully adapt to the needs of social development.Experiential teaching can create a learning situation according to the teaching objectives and the requirements of personnel training,let students participate as the main body,stimulate students’ interest in learning,guide students to actively think and solve problems,internalize knowledge into behavior,and promote the improvement of students’ practical skills.This teaching method can overcome the disadvantages of traditional teaching.The "Simulated Tour Guide" course for secondary vocational schools is a highly practical course that integrates "teaching,learning,doing,and practicing".The teaching effect of the course is not ideal.In order to solve this problem,this thesis studies experiential teaching,which aims to help students learn better and enhance students’ interest in learning,so as to improve the teaching quality of the "simulated tour guide" course.First of all,this study defines experiential teaching,guided by constructivist learning theory,humanistic learning theory,experiential learning theory and "learning-by-doing theory",using literature research,questionnaire survey and interview methods to understand the current secondary vocational tourism Based on the teaching status of the professional "simulated tour guide" course,it is found that there are some problems in the secondary vocational "simulated tour guide" course,such as lack of interest in learning,low participation of students in the classroom,low sense of experience,disconnection between theory and practice,and single teaching evaluation method;secondly,in order to solve the above Carry out the experiential teaching design of the "simulated tour guide" course,based on Luo Chenjun’s "four-in-one" model construction process of the secondary vocational tourism professional course,and independently construct the teacher’s guidance to create the situation-ask questions and explore the group-students participate in the presentation of the situation——Teaching evaluation,reflection and summary of the teaching process,and through the experimental research method,the control class and the experimental class are selected as the teaching objects to carry out teaching;finally,the achievement test,student questionnaire survey and teacher interview are conducted to test the course experience of the "simulated tour guide" in secondary vocational schools implementation effect of teaching methods.The research results show that: compared with traditional teaching,the teaching effect of experiential teaching is more significant.Experiential teaching can change the current situation of traditional teaching that only focuses on theoretical knowledge and is result-oriented to a certain extent.It can improve students’ learning initiative,optimize learning experience,promote students’ independent inquiry ability,and optimize classroom teaching quality.It fundamentally solves the problem of difficulty in applying what has been learned,and provides a new way to cultivate high-quality skilled talents.On this basis,this thesis puts forward suggestions such as increasing the construction and investment of campus training equipment,focusing on improving the teaching ability of teachers,paying attention to the deep participation of students in the course,and improving the evaluation system of experiential teaching courses,so as to further improve the quality of secondary vocational education.The implementation effect of the "Simulated Tour Guide" course provides a certain reference for the implementation of experiential teaching in other courses in secondary vocational schools.Since the author only carried out teaching practice within three months during the research process,and has insufficient experience in teaching practice,the experiential teaching method and the practice of the course content of "Simulated Tour Guide" are not closely combined,but the author will do it in the actual teaching in the future Looking for opportunities in the field,comprehensively apply experiential teaching to the "Simulated Tour Guide" course of secondary vocational tourism majors,improve the teaching effect,and draw more objective and rigorous research conclusions. |
