| With the continuous development of educational philosophy and changes in teaching concepts,how to measure teaching quality at the teacher and student levels has become a current concern.A good evaluation standard can not only improve teachers’ teaching ability and teaching effect,and improve the professional knowledge ability of tourism students in secondary schools,but also promote the lifelong development of teachers and the multifaceted development of tourism students in secondary schools,which is very important for both teachers and students.Different perspectives of teaching evaluation also exist,but the current teaching evaluation standards are not relevant enough for some students and teachers of secondary vocational education,especially in the context of the current emphasis on the development of vocational and technical education,the appropriate teaching evaluation standards are particularly important.This study mainly includes the following contents: Firstly,this study reviews the literature related to experiential teaching and teaching evaluation.Secondly,the current situation of experiential teaching evaluation of simulation "Guide Course" is investigated through questionnaires and interview surveys,and the survey results show that the evaluation standards of experiential teaching at this stage have the problems of lack of evaluation subjects,single evaluation objects,lack of two-way evaluation of teachers and students,and lack of targeting of evaluation.Thirdly,the study proposes improvement ideas for experiential teaching evaluation in the direction of teachers’ and students’ development,specifically improving teaching evaluation in terms of joint evaluation by multiple subjects,evaluation should start from multiple perspectives,evaluation should be designed from multiple dimensions,and evaluation should emphasize relevance.Fourth,with the purpose of promoting the development of both teachers and students,this study establishes an evaluation system for teachers’ teaching and students’ learning respectively by combining the specific requirements of experiential teaching evaluation with specific improvement ideas.Fifth,in order to further test the applicability and scientificity of the experiential teaching evaluation system,the new evaluation criteria were applied to carry out teaching implementation.The implementation results show that the improved evaluation system has positive significance for both secondary teachers and students.Feedback from the implementation results showed that most teachers thought that the improved evaluation criteria were more important for their own teaching development,and they also thought that the improved evaluation criteria could evaluate students from various aspects,reflect students’ development status from various aspects,and help students’ future development from multiple perspectives.From the students’ point of view,most of them think that the improved evaluation criteria have a more important impact on their future career and can improve their performance in tourism and also increase their enthusiasm for learning tourism courses,which is important for their long-term development in the future.In general,the improved evaluation system has more important guiding significance for teachers’ teaching and students’ learning. |
