| It is a strategic choice for the development of China’s education to promote the modernization of education with the informatization of education.Promoting the deep integration of information technology and education can innovate the education and teaching mode, significantly improve the quality of education, and lay a solid foundation for cultivating innovative talents. The teaching of plane geometry in junior high schools is a crucial component of developing students’ spatial imagination, capacity for abstract thought, and capacity for logical thought.Utilizing information technology to teach geometry can encourage the reform of teaching strategies, foster students’ capacity for independent learning, and significantly increase students’ interest in and aptitude for geometry learning. This thesis applies a variety of methods, such as literature research, questionnaire survey, interview, and case analysis, and is based on geometric intuitive core literacy, educational communication theory,computer-aided teaching theory, and constructivist learning theory.Firstly,a questionnaire survey was conducted on 296 students from two junior high schools, and six mathematics teachers were interviewed to understand the teaching situation of mathematical geometry module and information technology application in junior high school. It was concluded that information technology software is an effective tool to improve geometry level and cultivate geometric intuitive literacy.Secondly, investigating the utilization of geometric module information technology in People’s Education and Hunan Education Edition textbooks, this thesis examines its task design. It also discovers the application link and inquiry process of information technology in teaching, and revises educational and teaching methods. Finally, the thesis puts forward the principle of integrating Geogebra into geometry teaching in junior high school, introduces Geogebra as a media teaching, and provides teaching cases as a reference.Analyze the advantages of information technology-assisted teaching, and hope to explore new ideas for teaching using GeoGebra through follow-up continuous teaching practice,so as to improve the quality of teaching. |
