| A core part of domestic sports is school sports,which is a fundamental project to improve students’ comprehensive quality,and at the same time,school sports plays a key role in establishing moral education.Taking the current issues of the development of core literacy of domestic students as the entry point,we help students to form the right values for future development as well as key abilities,etc.,and further provide targeted guidance for students’ growth,aiming to be able to cultivate students into qualified successors for the cause of socialist construction.The Ministry of Education’s "Guideline for the Teaching Reform of Physical Education and Health"(hereinafter referred to as "the Guideline"),which was launched in 2021,clearly defines the direction of the future physical education teaching reform,which will be more standardized,scientific,systematic and effective.This study takes the current situation of physical education in primary schools in Linwei District as the object of research,and based on literature research,field research,interviews,logical analysis and other analysis methods,it composes and summarizes the actual situation of physical education in primary schools in Linwei District.Some feasible solutions are proposed.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:1.from the perspective of the basic situation of physical education teachers,the junior high school physical education teachers in Linwei District are equipped with mostly young and middle-aged teachers;there are more male physical education teachers than female physical education teachers,and the overall teacher strength is not optimized;the teacher title structure lacks sufficient rationality,and it is more difficult to assess the titles of physical education teachers compared to teachers of other subjects;there are few opportunities for teacher training,insufficient teachers,and a large workload.2.There are some schools in Linwei District Junior High School that fail to offer full physical education classes in accordance with the weekly class time requirement.In terms of the number of field facilities,the ball field facilities are complete and adequate in number.The site facilities of each school can basically meet the needs of physical education,but the quantity of equipment is not enough to meet the needs of normal physical education.3.Physical education teachers in teaching content mostly choose to focus on athletics and ball games,so students treat physical education activities mostly to cope with exams;physical education teaching organization form all use traditional teaching classes,physical education teaching methods are traditional,are basic methods;physical education teaching evaluation system is not perfect.4.Students do not know enough about physical education,learn physical skills one-sidedly,and aim at coping with physical education entrance exams,without realizing to establish the awareness of lifelong physical education.Based on the above findings,the following recommendations are drawn:1.Strengthen the construction of physical education teachers’ faculties.Firstly,schools should allocate all the physical education teachers according to the existing teaching classes to alleviate the current situation of the lack of physical education teachers;secondly,pay attention to the status of physical education teachers,improve the salary of physical education teachers,strengthen the professional skills and business ability of physical education teachers,and optimize the physical education teaching environment.2.Strengthen the construction of school sports facilities,add equipment,give full play to the multiple functions of equipment,constantly improve sports facilities,and improve the efficiency of equipment use;educate students to care for school grounds and facilities,and use sports equipment reasonably.3.Enrich and optimize the teaching contents and improve the evaluation system of physical education.The choice of physical education content is rich and diversified,based on the physical education and health curriculum standards,according to the characteristics of the school,clear teaching objectives,choose teaching content that is consistent with the physical and mental development of secondary school students,and choose teaching methods that are appropriate to the actual situation according to local conditions.At the same time,we constantly innovate teaching contents and teaching forms to maximize students’ subjective motivation to learn and cultivate the sense of cooperation.The evaluation of students’ sports performance should not only focus on summative evaluation,but also on process evaluation,combining the two ways to objectively reflect students’ sports performance and motivate them to make continuous efforts.4.Strengthen the function of nurturing people and promote the overall development of students.Emphasize the role of physical education on physical and mental development in physical education classes,communicate more with students,solve problems and confusions in physical education learning in a timely manner,help students better participate in physical education classes,make students have a good sense of experience in physical education learning,so that they can have a correct understanding of physical education learning and cultivate students’ awareness of lifelong physical education. |
