In recent years,the country has attached great importance to the development of vocational education,and classroom teaching plays an important role as the main battlefield to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.The notice issued by the Ministry of Education on the "Action Plan for Improving the Quality and Excellence of Vocational Education(2020-2023)" emphasizes that vocational education should strengthen daily management of classroom teaching,standardize teaching order,and achieve high-quality development of classroom teaching.Classroom teaching management can maintain good classroom order,improve classroom teaching efficiency,and ensure the smooth realization of classroom teaching objectives.In the real classroom teaching of vocational schools,due to the differences of students and the uncertainty of the classroom teaching environment,some new situations,new ideas,new problems and other classroom teaching resources will be generated.Effective capture and utilization by teachers is an important way to achieve effective classroom teaching management.Therefore,exploring how teachers can utilize their educational wisdom to effectively utilize classroom teaching generated resources is an important aspect that current classroom teaching management should pay attention to.This article is guided by the generative learning theory and educational wit theory of Vitrok,and uses research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,observation,and interview to explore the main sources and types of classroom teaching generation resources in vocational schools.It is found that the current classroom teaching generation resources in vocational schools mainly come from students and communication and interaction between teachers and students,The main types include problem generating resources and problem behavioral generating resources.At the same time,a detailed investigation and analysis were conducted on the utilization of generated resources by vocational accounting affairs teachers.It was found that vocational accounting affairs teachers have insufficient awareness of using generated resources in classroom teaching,and prioritize preset over generation;At the level of utilization of generative resources,it has been found that teachers lack the ability to utilize generative resources,do not utilize generative resources in a timely manner,fail to capture generative resources sensitively,and ignore generative resources.Based on this,combined with the requirements of vocational schools for vocational school teachers and the physical and mental development characteristics of vocational school students,it is proposed that teachers should clarify the importance of utilizing generative resources,transform their educational concepts into student-centered,flexible preset,establish equal teacher-student relationships,set up open-ended exploration links,use reasonable evaluation methods,correctly view classroom problem behaviors,cultivate teachers’ educational wit,and explore students’ potential,Emphasize strategies such as developing students’ personalities.
