With the rapid development of China's economy,the society's demand for human resource management professionals has become urgent,and the requirements for graduates' capabilities have also been continuously improved.Secondary vocational school graduates of human resource management affairs should have the ability to find problems and solve problems in time at work,which puts forward new requirements for the training mode of such specialties in vocational schools.Secondary vocational schools need to improve traditional teaching models in order to cultivate students' core skills.The PBL teaching mode emphasizes student-centered,problem-oriented,and problem-solving as the main line of teaching mode,which is very suitable for the cultivation of professional personnel of human resources management affairs in vocational schools.However,how to accurately understand the connotation of PBL teaching mode and apply it reasonably to teaching design is a problem that needs to be explored in depth.Based on the needs of talent cultivation and the characteristics of teaching environment for the human resource management affairs in vocational schools,this paper explores how to apply PBL teaching mode to the human resources management professionals in secondary vocational schools.Based on the existing research,this paper deeply analyzes the connotation,development and application points of PBL teaching mode.At the same time,this paper uses literature method,investigation method and so on to investigate and analyze the teaching status of the relevant courses of human resource management affairs in secondary vocational schools.By combing the core problems in the existing teaching mode,this paper finds that the existing teaching mode is difficult to effectively improve the core skills of vocational students under the traditional teaching mode,but the application of PBL teaching mode can effectively improve the learning efficiency of students.This paper further puts forward the basic design idea of applying PBL teaching mode in professional teaching,and conducts the overall design of PBL teaching mode around the six modules of the core curriculum of human resource management affairs.Based on the above analysis,this paper takes the more important section "employee training" in the teaching of the professional course as an example to carry out the specific design of the application of the PBL teaching mode.First,the teaching implementation of the demonstration course was carried out in a class of a vocational school in Tianjin.After that,students and experts were organized to conduct self-evaluation and mutual evaluation on the implementation effect of the course,and then concluded that the PBL teaching mode is a professional course in human resources management affairs.The application can effectively stimulate students' interest in discovering,analyzing and solving problems,and is beneficial to students gradually mastering and applying professional knowledge and skills in the process of problem discovery,analysis and resolution.On this basis,this article further condenses the main problems of the PBL mode in the professional teaching of human resources management affairs in secondary vocational schools,and puts forward the application suggestions of the PBL teaching mode in the teaching of this major.
