With the development of media technology,social forms are changing constantly.From acquaintance to stranger,the rise of stranger social software has extended the social scope of interpersonal interaction.The development of stranger social software in China has reached the fourth stage.With the continuous growth of stranger social software users,the number of stranger social software users in China will reach 648 million in 2021.Taking "soul social" as the starting point,a stranger social software,Soul,matches social through the LBTI16 personality test results,provides users with a new social experience with its characteristics of semi-anonymity and identity customization,and obtains a wide range of users among college students.Therefore,Soul has become a stranger social software that meets the diverse social needs of young people after exploring and strangers.This paper takes the stranger social software Soul,which is popular among college students in the field of stranger social interaction,as the research object.First,it summarizes the development and current situation of stranger social software,and briefly introduces the features and functions of stranger social software Soul.The research idea is based on the theory of "use and satisfaction",adopts the research method of combining semi-structured interview method and questionnaire survey method,combines the relevant theories of interpersonal interaction in communication science and social psychology and social communication,and takes the interview records and questionnaire survey results as the basis,mainly carries out theoretical analysis on the use motivation,interaction characteristics and effect satisfaction of college students,At the same time,it briefly analyzes the interpersonal interaction process of college students with the theory of the transformation of strong and weak relationships.Finally,this paper analyzes the hidden worries in the stranger social software Soul,and puts forward suggestions for the better development of the stranger social software Soul.The study found that the social anxiety in the acquaintance society and the hidden pleasure in the strange identity drive the college students to use the social software of strangers.The main motivation of the college students to use the social software of strangers is self-disclosure,emotional communication,entertainment,stress release,and reality compensation.In the process of "de-role" interpersonal communication,the college students’ group shows the characteristics of casual friendship expectation of Buddhism,ambiguous communication between true and false,and short-term interaction.The analysis of the effect satisfaction of the use motivation of college students found that the use motivation,including self-disclosure,emotional communication,and entertainment,was highly satisfied.In the process of the transformation of strong and weak relationships,the transformation from weak relationships to losing relationships is the norm for college students to use the strangers’ social software Saul.Most online anonymous relationships are difficult to achieve the transformation of offline intimate relationships.At the end of this paper,we find that the stranger social software Soul has problems of privacy infringement,information fraud,and pornographic transmission,and suggest that we standardize the audit mechanism by means of technology;Keep the original intention of the product and optimize the experience function;Explore the pain points of users and deeply cultivate virtual social improve the quality of strangers’ social software products and purify the anonymous cyberspace environment.
