| From the perspective of on-the-job general integration,primary and secondary vocational enlightenment education is the foundation stage of modern vocational education system construction,and also the starting point of horizontal communication between vocational education and general education.It is of great practical significance to help primary and secondary school students understand career types,inspire career interests,explore future career planning,and cultivate labor consciousness,practical ability and innovation ability.Vocational experience research base is an important platform for vocational enlightenment education.The establishment of vocational experience research base is an important starting point for the implementation of vocational enlightenment education,and the high-quality vocational experience research course in the base is the content carrier for the realization of vocational enlightenment education.However,at present,the construction of research and learning base is still in the initial stage of exploration.The development of base types is unbalanced,and there are problems such as insufficient research and learning resources,poor coordination and unclear target orientation.Among them,the professional experience research and learning base is relatively lacking.Relying on the training facilities and equipment,characteristic professional courses,double qualified teachers team and other educational resources of secondary vocational schools,we explore the construction of professional experience research and learning base,On the one hand,the development of vivid,interesting and colorful vocational experience courses is conducive to coordinating regional vocational education resources,providing a practical platform for primary and secondary schools to carry out vocational enlightenment education,promoting the integration of Vocational and general education resources,and implementing vocational enlightenment education;On the other hand,it is conducive to play the social service function,enhance the social identity of vocational education,enhance the attraction of secondary vocational education,promote the vocational and general education from resource integration to idea integration,and innovate the development path of Vocational and general education.Through the focus group interview,questionnaire and observation and investigation in education practice,the necessity and feasibility of the construction of vocational experience research base in vocational schools are analyzed.The research results of the construction of research base at home and abroad are analyzed,starting from five aspects: base construction orientation,organization establishment,research course development,teachers team construction and support of guarantee measures,The paper analyzes the construction path of vocational experience research base in vocational school.Taking Ly vocational secondary school in G City as a case,this paper makes in-depth investigation and analysis of the current situation and characteristics of the school’s professional development,educational resources and conditions,advantages and disadvantages of the construction of vocational experience research base,and proposes to develop the landscape culture and guide with Guilin local characteristics with the main line of "close to nature,understanding culture and creative life" The professional experience research courses such as "tea culture and inheritance","local food and cooking" should be established to clarify the post management responsibilities from the establishment of research guidance department;Develop high quality research courses and build up the research curriculum system;Improve the hardware equipment of the base and optimize the research and learning environment facilities;To build up the research faculty and improve the professional ability of the tutors;We will improve the guarantee of organization and management,and promote the comprehensive construction of the base to explore the construction plan of vocational experience research base in tourism secondary vocational schools in order to provide reference and reference for the construction and development of vocational experience research base in different types of secondary vocational schools. |
