Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of "Environmental Ideology And Politics" In Higher Vocational Colleges

Moral cultivation is the fundamental task of higher vocational colleges.Ideological and political education is the main way for higher vocational colleges to adhere to the socialist orientation and realize the fundamental task of moral cultivation.In order to solve the fundamental problem of "who to train,how to train and for whom to train",and to integrate the idea of cultivating people by virtue into all fields,aspects and links of university construction,Hubei Province innovatively launched the "Five Thoughts and policies",which include the contents of "students,teachers,courses,disciplines and environment".Among them,"environmental thoughts and policies" by giving play to the education function of environment,Edify students’ thoughts and play a role in ensuring the effect of ideological and political education in the "Five ideological and political".At present,the impact and influence of social environment on students’ ideology are increasing,and the effect of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is being weakened constantly.Therefore,we must pay attention to the construction of ideological and political education environment in higher vocational colleges,cope with the impact of negative environment,purify the environment of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges,and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.Based on Marxist theory of human and environment relationship,Chinese traditional culture of environmental education thought,recessive ideological and political education theory,the paper studies the environmental type,educational methods and characteristics of "environmental ideological and political",and takes Enshi Vocational and Technical College as an example to investigate.The research finds that there are some problems in the construction of "environmental ideological and political thinking" in higher vocational colleges,such as students’ insufficient cognition of "environmental ideological and political thinking",poor educational effect of campus material environment,weak binding force of campus system environment,difficult to meet students’ needs of campus cultural environment,and lack of attraction of campus network environment.The in-depth analysis shows that the main reason is the weak publicity and implementation of "environmental ideological and political thinking".It is caused by the lack of educational connotation of the campus material environment,the deviation of the implementation of campus system,the inadequacy of the campus cultural environment in accordance with the actual situation of students,and the unfavorable construction of the campus network environment.At present,higher vocational colleges should get rid of the shackles of outdated educational concepts,break through the time and space limitation of classroom,establish the education consciousness of "environmental thinking and politics",deepen theoretical research and improve theoretical cognition,and strive to create the material environment,institutional environment,cultural environment and network environment of higher vocational colleges which contain the connotation of education.To meet the practical needs of college students,promote the positive interaction between the environment and students,in the environment to "moisten things silently" infection,edify students,encourage them to set up lofty ideals and beliefs,improve moral quality,realize the fundamental task of higher vocational colleges to cultivate morality and cultivate people.
