Study On The Perfect Countermeasure Of School-Enterprise Cooperation In Higher Vocational Colleges

Since 1980s,Chinese higher vocational education starts focus on establishment and development of cooperation between school and enterprise.National Layout Plan of Medium and Long Term Educational Reform and Development(2010-2020)emphasizes again on the importance of cooperative education in development of higher vocational education.Nearly 40 years on,the practice of school-enterprise cooperation in our country has made great progress.But the improvement of cooperation mechanism is complicated systematic project involving with government,school,industry,enterprise and so on.The operation and development of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism is still relatively slow due to the lack of experience on both sides,poor supervision and imperfection of policy system.Basing on domestic research results and foreign successful experience,this paper analyzes the current situation and causes of the cooperative mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in China and puts forward some suggestions to improve the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism from the four aspects:government,school,enterprise,industry association.The first chapter summarizes the significance of topic selection,research status at home and abroad,the core concept and theoretical basis.The second chapter analyzes the necessity of constructing the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism from three aspects of higher vocational colleges,enterprises and economy.Starting from the mode of school-enterprise cooperation,the third chapter analyzes the current situation of the cooperation mechanism in our country and the successful experience of Germany,Singapore and United States.Finally,on the basis of the research achievements of school-enterprise cooperation at home and abroad,the author puts forward some suggestions on the development of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism through four aspects:the external management mechanism of government,the internal operation mechanism of higher vocational colleges,the cooperative development mechanism of enterprise and the multiple linkage mechanism including industry associations.
