The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Internship In Higher Vocational Colleges

Along with our country economy rapid development,enterprise development by the constraints of more and more intense,the vocational education in our country,especially the reform and development of higher vocational education put forward higher requirements.University enrollment expansion in the 1990 s caused the attention of the academic diploma education,to the domestic economic take-off\ "labor shortage\" of skilled talents,higher vocational colleges gradually to the market as the guidance,\ "field work\" as the gripper and business become a partnership.Field work in higher vocational college practical teaching link is an indispensable important component,has a vital role in the process of talent training,how to scientific design of the field work,effective and orderly organization,standardization of management is to improve the field work in higher vocational colleges teaching achievement evaluation of the key factors.In this paper are to participate in field work and field work to end two parts of higher vocational college students to focus on the research object,explore vocational college students during the field work in implementing operating ability and post adaptation and expectations of field work.This paper first defines the connotation and characteristics of field work,empirical research as auxiliary,the combination of theoretical and empirical research path;In theory,constructionist theory,teaching do unity theory for the study of theory,customer satisfaction,the higher vocational college students in the field work the problems existing in the whole process is discussed and analyzed,for the field work in higher vocational colleges to provide feasible strategies.This article mainly USES the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview method,the interview method is composed of open questions and closed questions,to an enterprise in Jungian interview problems existing in the field work of the students,thus sorting,summarized the results of interviews and analysis,find out theproblems existing in the higher vocational college students in the field work.Through the questionnaire survey found that in terms of practice,field work is better than other teaching practice by the students,the most significant effect on promote the students’ practical ability,is the most can reflect the way of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges results.In the process of field work,the higher vocational college students to put what they have learned into doing,comprehensive exercise and improve their demand for jobs,for social adaptation ability.However,from the practices of field work,field work and students of vocational colleges have a certain gap between the expectations of.Survey found that: 1,deviation of teaching and the actual existence of field work;2,enterprises with the field work of post co.,LTD.;3,the field work in higher vocational colleges students practice of enterprise’s sense of belonging is not strong;4,field work in higher vocational colleges students adaptability to the environment is not strong;5,between the two sides to give enough guidance.In this paper,based on the problems existing in the higher vocational college students in the field work,the further analysis of its causes,based on the perspective of students put forward countermeasures to improve the quality of field work in higher vocational colleges students.Specific starting from 1,students’ expectations of school: higher vocational colleges should take the market as the guidance,embarks from the actual position requirements,curriculum Settings;Establish the participation of both sides,teachers and practical service post actual;Perfect professional training scheme,appropriate increase the practical teaching link,reasonable arrangement of the field work of the time;Strengthen the importance of field work education,establishing stable off-campus practice base.2,starting from the expectations of students to the enterprise: stress the significance of students field work for the enterprise;Provide more learning promotion platform,establish and improve the interns to formal employee conversion system;The appropriate corporate culture,post demand courses leading to the campus.3,embarks from the student expectations of the government,schools,businesses and government participation,the government to strengthen the guidance and supervision of between the two sides;Their rights and other security services.The author thinks that fieldwork at this stage,though there are some problems,but through continuous reform and adjustment,and field work will play a better practical teaching effect,the field work will gradually become an integral part of the vocational education in our country,to become one of the dominant mode of China’s vocational education reform.
