In recent years,Chinese table tennis has flourished. Therefore,in public sports elective courses in colleges and universities, table tennis has been favored. At the same time, table tennis is a technical ball sports. It requires a certain time and energy to practice. How to enable students to quickly master the technical skills of table tennis in a limited class, and improve students’ interest in learning for table tennis. After fully studying the theoretical basis of participating in teaching methods,multi-ball training, and teaching goals, the author has established a teaching mode participating in teaching integration multi-ball training. The impact of hitting quality, technical movements, learning interests, and cooperative consciousness of backhand push technology.Through the research methods of literature and data method, teaching experiment method, questionnaire survey method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method, etc.,this paper takes the teaching effect of multi-ball training in the optional course of public table tennis in colleges and universities as the research object, and randomly selects four classes of students in the freshmen of non-physical education majors for teaching experiments, and sets up four classes of experimental groups(participating in teaching and integrating multi-ball training mode),control group 1(participation in teaching mode),control group 2(multi-ball training mode)and control group 3(conventional teaching mode). The experimental research of table tennis teaching was carried out on the students of four classes, and the basic physical fitness, backhand push technique(landing point stability,one-minute backhand push),learning interest and cooperation consciousness of the four groups of students were compared and analyzed, and the differences in teaching effects in the four teaching modes were analyzed, and the conclusions were concluded through the collation and analysis of the experimental data:(1)After the teaching experiment, the basic physical fitness(cross quadrant jump, step change)of the students in the experimental group, control group 1 and control group 2 group improved, and the experimental group was better than the control 2 group and better than the control 1 group, and there was no significant difference before and after the experiment in the control 3 group. Therefore,it is concluded that "participation + multi-ball" teaching can effectively promote students’ basic physical fitness(cross quadrant jump, step change),and is better than single teaching and regular teaching.(2)After the teaching experiment, the stability of the backhand push landing point, the number of backhand push standards in one minute and the technical action specifications of the experimental group, control 1 group and control 2 group were better than those of the control 3 group, and the results of the experimental group were higher than those of the control 1 group and the control 2 group, which concluded that the "participation + multi-ball" teaching can more accurately improve students’ mastery of action technology and higher hitting quality than single teaching and regular teaching.(3)After the teaching experiment,"participation + multi-ball" teaching can stimulate students’ interest in learning, improve learning enthusiasm, and achieve the purpose of happy learning than single teaching and regular teaching.(4)After the teaching experiment,"participation + multi-ball" teaching can enhance students’ sense of cooperation more than single teaching and regular teaching, cultivate students’ good interpersonal communication relationships, and lay a good foundation for better integration into society in the future.
