To change the Teaching of college tennis technique and practice of light weight and status of the idea, the introduction of "Understanding Teaching" of "Understanding Teaching" in the tennis forehand and backhand technical feasibility and effectiveness of teaching and look forward to promoting college tennis forehand and backhand technique the development and improvement of teaching tennis forehand and backhand technique capable of providing practical application of a new thought and theoretical basis.In this study, Xidian University selected the students in elective class teaching experiment, based on age, height, weight, and basic physical and technical level of forehand and backhand very premise of such conditions, divided into experimental and control groups, class of 40 students are for largeTwo boys in the experimental group and understand the pedagogy of teaching with the control group using the traditional skills of teaching. Mainly in the literature, experiments, surveys, expert interviews, comparative study, mathematical statistics methods such as elective subjects to understand the teaching of tennis teaching. After the experiment subjects were on achievement tests, the experimental data were compiled and analyzed. Results:1. Accuracy of results in the tennis forehand:the experiment group and control group and experimental group and control group before the experiment were significantly different (P<0.05); the experimental group before and after experiment has a very significant difference (P<0.01). Tennis backhand in the accuracy of results:the experimental group and control group after the experiment were significantly different (P<0.05); the experimental group before and after experiment has a very significant difference (P<0.01); the control group before and after experiment has a very significant difference (P<0.01).2. In the three 4×10米physical shuttle run, push-ups and sit-ups:the experimental group before and after experiment, the control experiments was significant difference before and after (P<0.05), after the experiment the experimental group and control group was not significant (P >0.05).3. After the experiment the experimental group and control group results in the game: standard, choice, technical performance, regulation, and there were significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion: An understanding of teaching for students with fast in a short time to master tennis forehand and backhand technique effect is remarkable.4. After the experiment, the students conducted a questionnaire survey results showed that:the experimental group that the teaching methods adopted by teachers of students improve their attention on the issues to stimulate students to observe and analyze problems of capacity, and promote creative thinking and ability of students generally score higher than the percentage of survey development, the experimental group achieved better teaching satisfaction. Conclusion: 1. An understanding of teaching for students with fast in a short time to master tennis forehand and backhand technique effect is remarkable.2. understand the teaching methods in improving the physical quality 4×10米three shuttle run, push-ups and sit-ups there was no advantage.3. Understanding of teaching students to judge according to the ball and quickly returned to standard, select the appropriate type of technology and organizational strategies and tactics the ability to regulate rhythm significantly improved.4. Experiment questionnaire revealed that:a higher percentage of cases the students understand the teaching methods applied to the effects of tennis teaching has a higher recognition. Understand the approach to tennis by teaching to students the attention and inspire students to observe and analyze problems of interest.
