| In the new era,China attaches great importance to the development of sports for the disabled.The specialty of special sports education bears the heavy responsibility of cultivating sports talents for the disabled in China.The quality of professional construction directly affects the quality of training sports talents for the disabled.The2020 Declaration on the Construction of New Liberal Arts fully deploys the construction of liberal arts,guiding new directions and putting forward new requirements for the innovative development of the specialty construction of special sports education.In order to improve the quality of talent cultivation for special physical education majors in China,this study uses research methods such as interviews and field surveys to investigate the current situation of the construction and operation of special physical education majors in China.The results show that the research on the construction of special physical education majors in China has begun to take shape,and the special physical education majors are beginning to exhibit the talent cultivation characteristics of "sports+special education+rehabilitation",The existing problems and causes of the construction of special physical education majors in China are discussed as follows: The lack of strong basic theoretical support for the construction of special physical education majors in China,the lack of systematic summary and sharing of valuable practical experience,and other reasons lead to the urgent need for in-depth refinement of professional talent cultivation guidance.At present,the lack of consensus on the professional knowledge and skill system of special physical education majors,and other reasons lead to the urgent need for integrated innovation in professional curriculum settings,Due to insufficient support from national education and finance departments,and the incomplete qualification certification system for "special physical education" teachers,professional teaching management urgently needs external support.Analyze the "new liberal arts" construction,special sports,and special education program documents,combine existing problems and causes,and explore the innovative development ideas and practical paths of China’s special sports education specialty under the "new liberal arts" construction background as follows:(1)Reconstruct the education goals,and grasp the overall direction of special sports education specialty construction under the "new liberal arts" construction background.(2)Implement the innovative development path of special physical education specialty construction under the background of "new liberal arts" construction,explore a series of transformation mechanisms for science and education collaboration,and actively carry out scientific research and practical training activities;Integrate ideological and political courses into students’ learning and life in an all-round manner,and carry out volunteer service activities with red themes;Explore the introduction of multiple education paths such as multiple degree certificates and multiple graduation certificates to improve the utilization rate of existing resources;Optimize the curriculum system,strengthen the depth of professional courses,reflect the continuity and continuity of courses,focus on strengthening the practicality and progressiveness of skill based courses,explore disability oriented professional elective methods,and issue the Rules for Extracurricular Practical Activities;Promote the linkage between school,government,administration,and enterprise education,introduce a multi type tutor system for undergraduate students and a free teacher training policy for special sports education,continue to promote the construction of a master’s degree in special sports,and introduce retired disabled athletes into the teaching team;Continue to strengthen the cultivation of students’ core competitiveness in employment,assist in promoting the addition of special physical education professional content in the National Standard for Teaching Quality of Undergraduate Majors,and assist employers in researching and innovating the employment system for special physical education teachers in the era of innovation.(3)Reset construction standards,research and create evaluation standards for the construction of special physical education majors in the context of "new liberal arts" construction.Professional construction personnel and education departments at all levels jointly establish a national evaluation or certification standard system for special physical education majors.Each school builds evaluation standards for various elements of professional construction,and assists various education and sports departments in establishing and improving social sports instructors,coaches and referees for disabled sports events Explore the exchange of qualifications of special physical education teachers,coaches,referees,and ordinary teachers through relevant systems such as the accreditation of special physical education teachers. |
