| Normal students are the reserve army of future teachers,and their moral level directly affects the moral quality of future teachers.The curriculum system of teachers in colleges and universities is an important position for the cultivation of teacher ethics of normal students,and strengthening the research on the curriculum of normal students is of great significance to improving the moral level of normal students.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to the building of teachers’ morality,and has higher requirements for teachers’ morality in terms of advancedness,extensiveness,and professionalism,and clearly put forward that the fundamental task of colleges and universities is to cultivate people with virtue.At the same time,the systematic,effective and scientific nature of teacher moral training of normal students is also facing many new problems.Therefore,the investigation and study of the current situation of the curriculum of teacher moral training for normal students not only reflects the policy demands of the party and the state on teacher moral construction,but also lays the foundation for cultivating high-quality and high-quality teachers.Following the research idea of "concept definition-investigation and research-problem analysis-optimization suggestions",this study investigates and studies the current situation of the curriculum of teacher ethics training in colleges and universities,analyzes the existing problems of the curriculum of teacher moral training of normal students,and tries to seek optimization strategies for the curriculum of teacher moral training.Based on the humanistic curriculum theory,Posner curriculum analysis theory and moral cognitive development theory,this paper selects the undergraduate normal students majoring in primary education majoring in Y Normal College,J Normal College and X Normal College from three higher education colleges in J Province with distinctive teacher training characteristics as the survey objects,and uses the literature research method to initially sort out the existing research,so as to facilitate a certain understanding of the overall overview.Using text analysis method,the curriculum of teacher ethics training in higher education colleges and universities was analyzed.The interview method and questionnaire survey method were used to collect and understand the understanding,attitude and current situation of teacher ethics training courses and curriculum settings of normal students,professional teachers and administrators in colleges and universities,so as to grasp the curriculum of teacher ethics training courses as a whole.The results of the research show that There are problems in the curriculum of teacher moral training courses,such as the curriculum structure is not perfect,the course content is still insufficient,and the curriculum implementation is based on not adequate.The reason is that the cognitive level is biased in the understanding of teacher moral cultivation of normal students;At the school level,there is a lack of systematic design of teacher ethics training courses;At the teacher level,the method of teacher moral training needs to be improved.In view of this,combined with the actual situation of the curriculum of teacher moral training for normal students,the following suggestions are put forward: adjust the course structure and build "full-course teacher ethics";System planning content,follow the pace of the times;Strengthen curriculum implementation to achieve "curriculum education". |
