| Moral education in universities and colleges, an important route to train the thoughts and morality of university and college students , holds an important position in years, however ,the teaching of morality has showed neglected by both leads and students . Some people even voiced that morality classes should be cut down or even cancelled .The importance of moral education is beyond our suspect and problems lie in how to improve the efficiency of morality class. As far as I am concerned , enhancing the teaching level and reinforcing the efficiency of morality class is key to raising the status of the morality class in school education .It is our teachers' duty to study the laws of the teaching ,to probe effective ways and to reform the teaching of morality. Objective: the article aims to investigate the mutual communication between teachers and students , to set up initial teaching mold of mutual communication between teachers and students and to probe the effective approaches to enhancing morality teaching.Part I . The education implications of mutual communication between teachers and students . In this part , first of all , the meaning of mutual and communication and implication of morality teaching are discussed ,with the conclusion that the method enhances teaching efficiency ,students study ability as well as teachers quality .Second establishment and basis for mutual communication teaching mold are discussed . The mutual communication was summarized structurally on the basis of its teaching theory , guiding thought , teaching objective , operative sequence , teaching methods and application of internet in teaching. The basis for mutual communication was further developed in this part . The condition for carrying out the mold was also stated regarding the human quality of teaching .Part II. The comparison between the teaching mold of mutual communication and other teaching molds . This part fully analyzes and compares the mutual communication teaching mold and other teaching molds present in other modern schools both at home and abroad . The section focuses on the basis of teaching molds of plotting "teaching" on the dominating position or plotting "learning" on the dominating position . The difference between mutual communication and traditional teaching methods are reinforced in this part with the conclusion that mutual communication mold meets the needs of morality education.Part III . The effectiveness of morality class and teaching methods of mutual communication . First , the nature of effectiveness of morality class was discussed with the idea that the effectiveness of the class lies more in the motivation of the students morality thoughts and practice in the teaching process with the guidance of the teachers than in the gain in knowledge or scores on the student part. Our teaching attention should be paid to the enhancement of the abilities of moral analysis , moral selection and moral practices on the students' part, so that the students would display them in their daily life . Second , take the cases in morality class for example to illustrate the application and implication of mutual communication in morality class. Finally, the problems arising in the process of teaching was stated briefly. |
