High school education is of great significance in developing students’ healthy personality, initiative spirit, civic literacy. Chinese "monorail" dual structure, as high school general education and vocational education exist separately, generates a huge waste of curriculum resources to some extent as well as constraints and depresses many students’ development potential. The sharing practice of general and vocational curriculum resources aims to integrate general and vocational curriculum resources, break opposition barriers, and develop a talents training model with a “flyover” structure, so that high school students can have two or more times to choose varied courses and get more fully development. This article based on the status quo of general education and vocational education in whole high school stage, conducts a research on the integration and sharing of general and vocational curriculum resources in four parts, refining the connotation, analyzing different types and summarizing the great importance of the integration. This research drawing on international and domestic main practices and researches, following objective laws of education, taking Qingbaijiang district in Chengdu city as case study, proceeds with the status quo of general and vocational teaching education and analyzes successful paths and strategies, reasons for success and security mechanisms, existing problems and suggestions of the integration of general education and vocational education. In the study process, the paper adopts literature review, case studies, etc. as research methods, summarizes the relevant practices and studies at home and broad, dissects the case of Qingbaijiang district, investigates all kinds of curriculum resources. Eventually, the thesis demonstrates paths, strategies and successful models to accomplish the integration of general education and vocational education.Studies have shown that taking high school general technology curriculum as starting point, the integration of general and vocational curriculum resources to build the “flyover” between general education and vocational education is the most effective mode to break the barrier between the two. This mode successfully solves the problem of the lack of curriculum resources to open “general technology” courses in general high schools, realizing the purpose of curriculum resources intensification and optimize utilization; and it breaks the binary oppositions and establishes an unimpeded mutual communication, complementary advantages, resource sharing, and dislocation development pattern between vocational education and high school education within region. Meanwhile, the development of general technology local curriculums, which are available to students to make independent choices and meet their different needs of different education, effectively stimulates high school students ’ innovative spirit and practical ability and benefits students’ lifelong development.
