Early childhood education is the foundation of modern education.Cultivating children’s good habits from an early age has an important impact on children’s future growth.In order to improve the quality of early childhood education,more and more attention has been paid to the rational development and utilization of curriculum resources.Tibet is rich in natural resources and profound historical and cultural heritage,and there are many resources that can be applied to early childhood education.Although more attention has been paid to modern early childhood education,the current situation of educational development is not optimistic because of the economic and social environment in Tibet and other factors.In order to improve the current situation of preschool education in Tibet,this paper probes into the development and utilization of characteristic educational resources in kindergartens.Through the application of literature,questionnaire and interview,we can understand the current situation of the development and utilization of kindergarten characteristic educational resources in Tibet,as well as the development content,development mode and kindergarten support of kindergarten characteristic educational resources.Combined with the current situation of the development of kindergarten characteristic educational resources in Tibet,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the development and utilization of local characteristic educational resources,analyzes the root causes of these problems,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.This study found that although the contents of the development of characteristic educational resources in kindergartens in Tibet are diverse,there are great differences in the degree of attention in the application of different contents;the ways of development and utilization of educational resources include setting up special courses,infiltration in teaching and other ways,and there are great differences in the application of different ways;there are great differences in the attitude and support of kindergartens to the development of characteristic educational resources.Combined with the data obtained by means of investigation,it is found that the reasons for the development and utilization of characteristic educational resources in kindergartens in Tibet can be attributed to the following aspects:weak awareness of the development and utilization of regional characteristic educational resources,blind application of regional characteristic educational resources in preschool teaching,teachers’ weak ability to develop and utilize regional characteristic educational resources,and has not yet created a good environment for the development and utilization of characteristic educational resources.Based on the in-depth analysis of the educational environment in Tibet and the local economic and social development,this study puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development and utilization of kindergarten characteristic educational resources in Tibet.Through the change of teachers’ thinking,we should do a good job in the integration of characteristic educational resources and kindergarten teaching content,strengthen training to improve teachers’ ability to develop and utilize characteristic educational resources,and create a good environment for the development and utilization of characteristic educational resources.we should give full play to the advantages of local characteristic educational resources and promote the optimization and improvement of the current situation of early childhood education.
