Research On The Profit Model Of Online Education In China

Since the twenty-first Century,global higher education in the world is developing under the impetus of information technology.The educational field is undergoing great changes.The traditional education has been impacted,and a new mode of education is born,that is,online education(E-Learning).Online education has become an indispensable force in the field of education.Online education develops rapidly with the characteristics of individuality,diversification,openness,convenience,practicality and non time and space constraints.As a new business mode,online education has brought broad prospects for the reform of schools and society,and its market potential is promising.But now,there are several online educational institutions only less true profit,the profit model of online education is not clear,the development of the form is not clear,only if we identify our location and get a clear and feasible profit model,can we promote the sustained and long-term development of this field.First of all,this paper uses the theory of profit model,elements of the profit model of online education are analyzed in general,straighten out the relationship between the source of profit,profit,profit leverage and profit barrier,the company should use the profit lever to obtain the corresponding profit source,and in the production link,find more profit points,thus obtained lasting income.Secondly,combined with the development situation of online education under the objective situation of China,we focus on the users and industry procedures related to online education profit models,which is beneficial for enterprises to choose the right profit mode according to their own industrial chain location and business mode.Thirdly,the main profit models of online education in China are analyzed emphatically,and what enterprises are specifically applied to each profit mode are summarized,and the problems existing in the profit models of online education in China are pointed out.Finally,According to the case of the paper,we analyze the forming elements and corresponding characteristics of the related profit model,and make clear the disadvantages of the development in this field,and demonstrate the feasibility of the research method in this paper,and then give the perfect suggestions and strategies.
