As a kind of antagonistic sport,tennis is loved by more and more people because of its exciting and diverse tactics.In tennis,the technique of forehand backhand is the most used technique in the game,and a good grasp of the technique of forehand backhand can take the lead in the game.Therefore,it is particularly important to find a scientific and reasonable training method to improve tennis forehand and backhand hitting technique.In any competitive event,strength is the foundation,and strength quality and the ability to control the stability of the body are indispensable important factors in tennis hitting.As a new means of strength training,core strength training attracts more and more attention from sports researchers.This article through the experiment,carries on the core strength training to the university tennis player,explores the core strength training to the tennis forehand backhand stroke effect influence.This article USES the literature material method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics methods,such as high level athletes in Beijing university of chemical 16 tennis as experimental object,for eight weeks,before the trial on special physical quality,special core strength and tennis forehand and backhand drive effect index of the test,the experimental group and the control group before the experiment does not exist between the body and the obvious difference in the technical level,after 8 weeks,again carries on the special physical quality,special core strength and positive and negative effect to the test,the conclusion:1?the control group students after lumbar abdominal muscle strength training and core strength training of the experimental group students in experiment after 10 metres sprints,the fan running and backhand side movement has significantly improved,the speed of athletes and the sensitive quality has a positive effect,which can explain the waist abdominal muscle strength training and core strength training can improve the tennis special physical quality.2?After core strength training,the results of forehand and backhand side-throw solid balls of the experimental group significantly improved,while there was no significant difference between the results of thecontrol group before and after the experiment,indicating that core strength training can better enhance the core strength of tennis players compared with the former.3?By comparing the results of forehand hitting effect indicators before and after the experiment,students in the experimental group significantly improved the three results of swing speed,hitting depth and hitting accuracy than those in the control group,indicating that core strength training can better improve the forehand hitting effect of college tennis players.4?Analysis reflect the effect of the experimental group and control group backhand before and after the experiment result can be concluded that the core strength training in the experimental group reflect the backhand effect of three grades have improved significantly,and the control results is not obvious,which means that the core strength training and lumbar muscles strength training,the former can better improve the effect of college tennis players backhand strokes.
