| In 2016,Further Promoting the Development of Community Education pointed out that“actively carry out out-of-school education for young people” “to achieve effective connection and positive interaction between community education and school education”.At present,community schools have started to explore the practice of supporting primary and secondary schools,but there is currently no in-depth research on this topic.Therefore,this study is based on community schools,discusses the current situation of community schools supporting primary and secondary schools from the perspective of resource dependence theory,and then analyzes the existing problems and influencing factors,and proposes relevant improvement strategies.This study follows the qualitative research paradigm.Firstly,the research topic of this study is clarified by combining the existing research basis and relevant literature.Secondly,the research takes five community schools in Shanghai as the research objects,uses methods such as interviews,observations,and material analysis,to present the status quo of support practice,and then analyzes the problems and influencing factors.Finally,aiming at the existing problems,it proposes targeted countermeasures to promote community schools to better support primary and secondary schools.The findings and conclusions of this study are as follows:First,in terms of the status quo,community schools can make full use of internal and external resources to support primary and secondary schools.The first is the human resources within the organization,including community school workers,full-time and part-time teachers,and students;the second is human resources and ecological resources in the community,which are manifested in three types of courses: one is humanistic walk research courses,one is ecological aesthetic education courses,the other is labor education courses.Finally,there are other organizational resources in the community,such as neighborhood committees,universities,post offices,and banks,developing career experience courses and so on.Second,the community schools have the following problems in the process of supporting primary and secondary schools: first the support relies mostly on individual initiation and lacks institutional guarantees;second,the objects involved and benefited during the support process are limited;third,the evaluation and reflection on the effects of support activities insufficient.Based on the above problems,this study concludes three influencing factors: one is the educational thoughts and concepts of community school workers;the other is the factors that support the educational transformation of resources;the third is the system and mechanism construction of community schools themselves,including the teaching staff of community schools and organizational self-construction.Third,in response to the above problems,the study puts forward the following countermeasures: First is to cultivate the professional quality and ability of relevant subjects,update the educational concept of community education leaders,improve the professional ability of full-time and part-time teachers,and promote community education leaders and researchers to jointly support the practice;Second,it is necessary to gather the strength of the whole community to discover various resources in the community,and realize the educational transformation and reflection of resources;the third is to improve the support platform and mechanism,enrich the support methods,improve the support evaluation system,and create community schools and primary and secondary schools cooperation mechanism. |
