With the in-depth development of the third scientific and technological revolution,China's overall scientific and technological strength has been continuously improved,and the national policy has targeted multi-faceted support for the construction of the Internet,and the "internet plus" plan has also risen to the national strategic height.At the same time,the construction of PE teachers' professional learning community in primary and secondary schools has entered a critical period,and the traditional construction method lacks timeliness and efficiency.It is an effective way to promote the professional development of PE teachers by combining the unique advantages under the background of "internet plus" strategy.At present,there are many unsuitable situations in the practice of combining the professional learning community with the Internet in primary and secondary schools.In order to provide better professional development platform for PE teachers,stimulate the spirit of lifelong learning for PE teachers,improve the post-service support system for PE teachers,upgrade more novice teachers to famous teachers in the field,and give full play to the advantages of combining the Internet with the professional learning community.Therefore,strengthening the construction of PE teachers' professional learning community and deep integration with the Internet is an important part of actively deepening the reform of teachers' after-service education system;It is an important way to promote the professional development of physical education teachers;It is an important measure to implement the "internet plus" national strategy;It is an important innovation to enrich the practice and theoretical research of school physical education.In this study,literature review,questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics,case analysis and other research methods are used to deeply analyze the construction of professional learning community of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhuzhou under the background of "internet plus".After combing and summarizing the relevant literature,defining the core concepts and analyzing the theory,we find out the value demands and characteristics of its construction,and then analyze the current situation of physical education teachers in Zhuzhou primary and secondary schools who participated in Zhuzhou Teachers' Education Network College,and collect data by questionnaire and interview,showing the reality of the professional learning community of physical education teachers in Zhuzhou primary and secondary schools under the background of "internet plus".Then,it analyzes the existing difficulties,including:(1)lack of learning initiative;(2)conservative idea of professional development;(3)insufficient depth of learning interaction by using the Internet;(4)lack of guidance in the learning process of the Internet;and(5)lack of close integration between teachers' professional activities and the Internet.The reasons for the dilemma include:(1)weak awareness of sharing and cooperation;(2)lack of organizational culture of professional learning community;(3)low information literacy and learning initiative;(4)lack of management system and imperfect evaluation system;(5)fragmentation of Internet information,instability of interaction process and emergence of Internet generation gapOn the basis of case analysis,aiming at the difficulties and reasons of building professional learning community for PE teachers in primary and secondary schools under the background of "internet plus",this study puts forward the following optimization paths from three levels:(1)PE teachers' level: improving the information literacy of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools,strengthening PE teachers' awareness of professional learning community and internet thinking,and strengthening their own professional ability;(2)Management level: to construct the organizational culture of high-quality professional learning community,and to promote the supply-side reform of teacher training.(3)Internet level: give full play to the advantages of Internet technology,build a new model of "internet plus Professional Learning Community",and add the role of Internet-guided teachers.With a view to helping the construction of the professional learning community of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhuzhou City under the background of "internet plus",the professional development of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhuzhou City will be promoted more efficiently.
