| Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness is an important way to realize the fundamental task of educating people with moral values,and it is a strong response to the three fundamental questions of education: "what kind of people to train,how to train,and for whom to train".As higher education enters the stage of high-quality development,Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness also needs to accelerate the high-quality construction,so it is urgent for higher vocational colleges to keep pace with the reform,effectively improve the implementation of CurriculumBased Political and Virtuous Awareness,and enhance its effectiveness.This study focuses on the problems of "hard integration" and "formalization" of Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness in higher vocational colleges,and examines the current implementation status and the key problems that exist.The study is aimed at proposing strategies for the improvement of Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness in higher vocational colleges.The study firstly constructs an analytical framework of Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness based on effective teaching theory,all-perspective learning theory and Taylor’s principle.Secondly,the research methods of text analysis and interview survey are used to grasp the current situation of the implementation of Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness in higher vocational colleges.The textual analysis method was used to analyze 30 cases of Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness in higher vocational colleges.30 cases were all from national or provincial or university model courses publicly released by Xinhua,and the types of courses covered public basic courses,professional basic courses and professional core courses.At the same time,based on the results of text analysis,the author made interview outline and followed the principles of feasibility and purposefulness to select five higher vocational teachers and students for interviews respectively.Again,based on the results of text analysis and interviews,the key problems of Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness in higher vocational colleges were summarized.Finally,in view of the key problems of Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness in higher vocational colleges,and drawing on the excellent experiences and practices of Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness in general colleges and universities,the improvement strategies for improving the implementation of Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness in higher vocational colleges are proposed.The main conclusions of this study are:(1)Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness is an important way to show the educational and vocational nature of higher vocational institutions,and it needs to take root at the teaching level in order to really bring out its expected effect.(2)In the dimension of awareness,CurriculumBased Political and Virtuous Awareness has been generally paid attention to and emphasized by higher vocational teachers,who have a certain understanding of connotation and elements of it,and in the process of practice,mainly based on their own understanding to explore the elements.In the dimension of teaching design and implementation,the two modes of teaching design in higher vocational colleges——design mode and generation mode are summarized,the difference between the two models is: the focus people is different,the presentation of ideological and political elements is different,and the way of integration into the teaching process is different.In the actual teaching,higher vocational teachers are more inclined to use a mix of these two modes.In terms of management,higher vocational colleges pay more and more attention to the construction of institutional mechanisms related to Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness,such as establishing a demonstration and guidance mechanism,printing and distributing construction plans,and setting up a research center.(3)There are four major problems in the implementation process of CurriculumBased Political and Virtuous Awareness in higher vocational colleges,namely,biased cognition,weak ability,little cooperation and management deviation.Cognitive bias means that some higher vocational teachers have misplaced concepts of CurriculumBased Political and Virtuous Awareness;Weak ability is mainly reflected in the lack of clarity of ideological and political teaching objectives,lack of focus on content,inflexible methods and formalization of evaluation.Little cooperation means that there is a lack of cooperation between professional teachers,and the participation of ideological and political teachers is not frequently;Management deviation means that the relevant system of ideological and political courses in vocational colleges is not perfect,and there is a lack of top-level design and overall planning of CurriculumBased Political and Virtuous Awareness.(4)In view of the four major problems,the basic strategies to improve the implementation of Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness in higher vocational colleges are proposed.First,cognitive enhancement strategy,higher vocational teachers should consciously improve their ideological and political theoretical level and strengthen their awareness.Secondly,ability enhancement strategy,higher vocational teachers should clarify the essence of the teaching process of Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness,adhere to the principle of consistency between value objectives and knowledge and skill objectives,the principle of integration of thinking and politics elements with professional teaching contents,the principle of appropriateness of integrating thinking and politics elements into the link and the principle of relevance of teaching evaluation in the teaching process.Third is the management optimization strategy,strengthen the top-level design of Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness,build coeducation mechanism,assessment and evaluation mechanism and teacher training mechanism.Fourth,external supervision strategy,establish national-provincial(city)-school three-level supervision system,to supervise the construction of CurriculumBased Political and Virtuous Awareness in higher vocational colleges,and strengthen the application of supervision results.The main innovations of this study are: first,the innovation of theoretical perspective,based on effective teaching theory,all-perspective learning theory and Taylor’s principle,Curriculum-Based Political and Virtuous Awareness analysis framework of higher vocational college is constructed.The second is the innovation of research methods,comprehensive use of text analysis method and interview survey method,in-depth analysis of 30 teaching cases of higher vocational colleges.The third is the innovation of research content,which settles to the micro level of value goal formulation,ideological and political elements selection and integration,focusing on the research of curriculum ideological and political teaching. |
