In 2016,college students employment situation is still grim,but the university graduates in the second half of this year the turnover rate is high,especially for the graduates of higher vocational colleges,the turnover rate is generally higher than other types of graduates about ten percentage points,this phenomenon indicating that their occupation career planning objectives are not clear,lack of ability and weak ability to adapt to the workplace etc.But these are the occupation career planning in Higher Vocational Colleges(employment guidance curriculum)curriculum goal,the curriculum implementation and thus did not achieve the desired effect.The researcher engaged in the occupation instruction work,especially the occupation career planning curriculum teaching,deeply aware of the course there are some problems,the implementation of the effect of worrying,but also deeply understand that the implementation effect of the course directly affect the quality of occupation guidance school level,to students future employment or entrepreneurship in Higher Vocational effect,influence the development of school,how to promote the effective implementation of occupation career planning curriculum is an urgent problem in practice.This study adopts the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,interview survey method,on the current higher vocational colleges occupation career planning(employment guidance curriculum)conducted a survey of the status of curriculum implementation,found some problems,the problem of attribution analysis,finally puts forward specific strategies to improve these problems,is divided into the five part.The first part is introduction,mainly elaborates the sources,research purpose,significance,research methods and research ideas of the research topic.It summarizes related research literature and defines four key concepts such as Vocational College,curriculum,college students'career planning curriculum and curriculum implementation.The second part is the importance of Vocational College Students' career planning.This paper mainly expounds the significance of carrying out the course to college students,universities and the effective implementation of Ideological and political education.The third part is the status of implementation of Higher Vocational College Students'occupation career planning curriculum,is the result of the analysis based on the investigation of L higher vocational colleges.Firstly analyzes the overall situation of the implementation of the L Higher Vocational College curriculum management,secondly summarizes the design and survey results.The fourth part is the higher vocational college students' occupation career planning curriculum implementation problems and attribution analysis.First,analysis of the curriculum implementation of the main problems are:foremost,in the school level are copying the national curriculum design,lacking of the characteristics of higher vocational education,lacking of the curriculum,the marginalization of curriculum,and the multi level management of curriculum;second,in the teachers' level are their teaching level is not high,the understanding of the course differences and the teaching objectives are different;third is the students of higher vocational college are not right enough to learn the course,and the learning ability is not enough.The four is the limitation of the time and effect of the curriculum implementationThe fifth part puts forward the strategies to improve the curriculum in higher vocational colleges occupation career planning implementation effect:one to establish the occupation career planning curriculum in higher vocational colleges to implement dynamic view;to create favorable conditions for the effective implementation of the two security courses;three to pay close attention to ensure the quality of classroom teaching of basic way of curriculum implementation;four to build and maintain that the students accept the occupation career planning education environment.
