In recent years,the protection of children’s rights and interests has made great progress,but the rights of children’s participation and development have not been effectively guaranteed,and child injury incidents are still frequent.All sectors of society are calling for the construction of "child-friendly communities".At present,more and more studies have found that the construction of child-friendly community needs multi-dimensional cooperation,but there are few researches on how to carry out multi-dimensional cooperation.For the development of diverse cooperation to build children’s friendly community practice scheme,based on the W community as the research object,in order to "how to use multivariate cooperation to build children’s friendly community" as the research problem,based on the cooperative governance theory and child centered community development model,used the research method of action research,through literature research,observation and semi-structured interview method to collect data,The five stages of action research,including diagnosis,action planning,action promotion,assessment and summary,are used as a cycle to carry out action research on building child-friendly communities through multiple cooperation.The study found that in the practical work of multi-cooperative construction of child-friendly community,cooperative relations should be established based on common interests,multi-subjects should be encouraged to participate in community construction,and child-friendly community should be constructed from the perspective of children.Multi-subjects build cooperative relations based on common interests,and solve problems in building child-friendly communities through cooperative technologies such as equal participation and multi-consultation,thus forming the impetus of multi-cooperation.Under this drive,community problems are diagnosed based on the needs of children in the community,and action plans suitable for the current situation of the community are determined through the integration of multi-subject resources.In the process of implementing the action plan,we always pay attention to the children’s perspective and the empowerment of multiple subjects,and then evaluate and summarize the action effect.Through the virtuous circular path operation,the whole is greater than the sum of its parts,and the multi-cooperative effect is finally achieved to improve the performance of child-friendly community construction.On the basis of this study,future research can cooperate with the government,schools,child welfare organizations and other units to carry out empirical research in different communities and explore the interaction mode and long-term cooperation mechanism of multiple subjects in the construction of child-friendly communities.
