Talents are the most important capital reserve and development resources of a country and region.Talents are initially valued and cultivated for children.Many countries and regions are trying to create a social environment conducive to children's development and provide diversity for children and families.So Child-Friendly communities building came into being.People's living standards continue to improve,and social governance systems become more perfect,then the cultivation of social organizations,the development of community strength,and the involvement of social work professionals have become convenient ways for communities to provide public services and activities.Strengthening the construction of a Child-Friendly community is the general trend in the current international environment.Local governments are also concentrating on promoting the concept of building a Child-Friendly community,and have introduced local policies and preferential conditions.Although attaches great importance to the future of Child-Friendly communities building,it is a pity that at this stage,there is no Child-Friendly communities in scope of international recognition.Mostly are still in the preliminary innovation mode.It was still in infancy.This paper about Social Work involves in Child-Friendly communities building totally divided into four parts to discussing.In the first part of the introduction,the author firstly consults the related literatures to understand the structure of the Child-Friendly community knowledge system,the current development of individual regions,and determine the ideas of this paper.Based on this,the research background and research significance are written.As a special protected group,there is gap between China and developed countries that need to be pursued.Therefore,the background and prospects of building a Child-Friendly community are reviewed from different angles.In addition to the need for not only professional theoretical knowledge,but also professional research methods and practical skills,and it is possible to use the case to highlight its feasibility.Secondly,defined the concept of the relevant term,including Child-Friendly communities etc.,and their contents are briefly introduced.In the second part,the author briefly summarizes the basic situation of Z community with short texts,also summarizes the theoretical basis and realistic basis of this paper.It briefly introduces the theory of Erikson's psychosocial development theory and Ecosystem Theory.The Z community children's activities are divided into regular activities and weekend activities,including part of the process of "4:30 classroom","at the beginning of drama education experience" child development support team activities and summer vacation activities.From the third part,it is the key content of this article.The author deep in Z community for three months to understand the daily work of the community social service station.In the later stage.back to conduct interview surveys and read the files.This article takes Z community in Hefei as the object of description.It's background of social work,and analyzes the social work involved in the build of Child-Friendly community.First,explain the shortcomings from the inside and outside of the community,and analyze the reasons for these problems.What factors lead to these situations happen?Due to the traceability of this part,the fourth part begins to propose targeted countermeasures for these shortcomings.The author discusses from the perspective of a third party,hoping to take an objective attitude to the current social work of the Z community to involves in the work style created by the Child-Friendly community and adapt children to social life.Although several suggestions have been put forward,the author hopes that the Z community in Hefei can be extended to other communities in the study of social work involving Child-Friendly community building,and even innovate the community development of the whole social environment.Breaking through the bottleneck,and achieve more substantial development.
