Guiyang City Junior High School Campus Football Characteristic School Football Carry Out The Current Situation And Development Research

In April 2009,China officially launched the campus football activity.Since Guiyang campus football activities,middle school students to participate in football interest is becoming more and more strong,education departments at all levels for primary and secondary school football in enhancing students’ physical quality,play the value of its educational function understanding more and more fully,especially the development of modern football also needs the reserve talents of high quality support.As the main position and breakthrough point for the development of campus football activities,the development status of characteristic football school directly affects the development of campus football.Therefore,it is of certain research value to investigate and analyze the development status of football characteristic schools.based on this,This study uses the literature method to comb through the current literature and policy documents related to campus football,Provide theoretical support for this study;The questionnaire survey method is conducted from the leadership level,teaching level,talent transmission level,training and competition level and condition guarantee level,Physical education teachers,school leaders and leaders of Guiyang Education Bureau investigated the interview method on teachers’ treatment,training and competition,campus football rules and regulations,policy documents,funds,development difficulties and suggestions;Survey by using the field investigation method;Finally,the problems reflected in the above survey were analyzed and combined with the interview opinions for comprehensive analysis,Put forward the corresponding improvement measures.The following conclusions are mainly drawn from below:1.1.At present,Guanshanhu District and Yunyan District of Guiyang city have been identified as the pilot counties of national youth campus football(districts)by the Ministry of Education,and it has formed a development pattern of combining the pilot counties(districts)with characteristic schools.2.The development advantages of campus football in Guiyang are mainly reflected in the three aspects of relevant government policies,the support of professional football to the campus football atmosphere and the selection of campus football characteristic schools.3.There are the main problems in the development of football in junior middle schools in Guiyang:(1)In terms of organization and leadership,since the launch of the youth campus football activities,the first responsible person of the campus has unclear lack of understanding and guiding ideology,and the phenomenon of "heavy declaration,light construction" is prominent.(2)In terms of condition guarantee,the lack of special teachers and the treatment of football teachers are not reasonable,which need to be improved urgently.Insufficient hardware facilities,poor special funds and highly dependent on government funding.(3)In terms of education and teaching,teachers’ teaching ideas lag behind,their methods and means are single,and the problem of football class hour guarantee is seriously differentiated.The initiative of school football curriculum resources is insufficient,and the construction of campus football culture is prominent.(4)In terms of training and competition,the quality and efficiency of training are not high,the intensity frequency and time cannot be guaranteed,and the external competitiveness is insufficient.(5)In terms of reserve talent training,the channels for outstanding students and athletes to enter college need to be developed and expanded,and the system and mechanism of entering college have not been completely broken.In the past three years,few excellent student athletes have been trained to higher level schools or clubs.In view of the above conclusions,this study puts forward the following suggestions: First,in terms of organization and leadership,the relevant departments should strengthen the training and policy publicity of the first responsible person,and strengthen the construction of campus football.Secondly,in terms of condition guarantee,attention should be paid to optimizing the construction of multi-directional talent employment channels of football teachers and standardizing the treatment of football teachers.We will expand diversified sources of funds,and focus on strengthening the construction of diversified facilities for training equipment.Thirdly,in terms of education and teaching,we should innovate teaching methods and means,build an integrated teaching mode,and strengthen the supervision of football class hours.Relying on school resources to strengthen the development of school-based characteristic teaching materials,and expand the construction of campus football culture.Fourth,in terms of training and competition,efforts should strive to change parents ’attitude towards students’ participation in football,gain understanding and support,improve parents’ educational concepts,and alleviate the contradiction between learning and training.Make full use of school recess,weekends and summer vacation to ensure training.Expand the depth and breadth of cooperation with off-campus clubs to improve their competitiveness.Fifth,in terms of reserve talent training,the "rise" channel of campus football student sports athletes should be unblocked and the talent export method should be improved.
