Research purposes: To Explore the influence of ethnic aerobics exercise on the physical form,function and body self of obese college students,explore the fitness and heart-building value of ethnic gymnastics,and provide scien tific and effective exercise programs for obese college students.Research methods: Using the literature method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,and experimental method,30 obese college students in the 2019 and 2020 classes voluntarily signed up for the ethnic fitness exercise were recruited,including 19 boys and 11 girls,for a period of 12 weeks,every Monday,Wednesday,friday,90 minutes of ethnic fitness exercises.Obese college students before and after the ethnic gymnastics exercise were tested on body morphological indicators,body functions and body self,and SPSS22.0 was used to T test the data results.Research results: Compared with before the experiment,obese college students:(1)BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,body fat rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);(2)50m,standing long jump,seated body forward flexion,sit-ups,push-ups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);(3)TC,TG,GLU,LDL-C difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),HDL-C,before and after little change,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);(4)SBP,DBP was significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),resting heart rate,basal metabolism(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant;(5)self-esteem,endurance,flexibility,overall ability,athletic ability,obesity,physical activity,coordination,health differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),strength,appearance before and after the change was not significant,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Research conclusion: The 12-week ethnic fitness exercise has a positive impact on the physical form and physical function of obese college students,can improve physical fitness and improve relevant blood biochemical indicators,and has a positive regulatory effect on students’ physical self.
