A Study On The Intervention Of Social Work In The Spiritual Comfort Of The Elderly Living Alone

With the development of contemporary population aging,the elderly living alone is gradually expanding,and the problems are gradually prominent,not only physical problems,but also problems in life.People will pay attention to the problem.In the process of the personal life of the elderly living alone,one aspect of the problem is easy to be ignored by all sectors of society,which is the spiritual world of the elderly living alone.The author took the elderly living alone in H community as the research object,took spiritual consolation as the research issue,and carried out a series of intervention services by using the case service method of social work under the guidance of the theoretical basis of social support.Understand the needs of this group through the form of interview,formulate the corresponding intervention target and implementation plan,according to the plan to help the subjects to enrich their spiritual world.After the intervention,the process,results and social work were evaluated.The study found that the client’s own emotions and social support network had a great impact on the life of the elderly living alone,and the limitations of single intervention were found through the intervention of the case work.After a long time of research,the author concluded that the intervention of spiritual comfort for the elderly living alone needs a certain sense of hierarchy,and the intervention should highlight the key problems of each elderly person.From the study,we can obtain that the significant effect of the elderly living alone for themselves.In addition,it is also suggested that the attention of the elderly living alone should cover the physical,mental,spiritual and social aspects,and actively call for the attention of various parties to improve the level of attention,so as to provide a perfect old age life for the elderly living alone.
