Study On The Change Of Governance Value Of Anshun Bao Jia Boxing Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

"Effective governance" is the inherent requirement and important guarantee of rural revitalization.Village traditional martial arts,as a traditional culture rooted in rural society,has a profound mass foundation and has a unique value in promoting good rural governance and empowering rural revitalization.As one of the martial arts in many villages,Anshun Baojia Boxing is representative to some extent.This paper takes Anshun Baojia Boxing as a case and studies the change of governance value of Anshun Baojia Boxing by using the methods of literature,field investigation,oral history and interview.On the basis of combing the development history of Anshun Baojia Boxing and dividing the stages,the governance value of Anshun Baojia Boxing in different historical periods is analyzed systematically.This paper sums up the rule and experience of its governance value change in order to provide useful reference for ethnic traditional sports to help rural governance.Combined with the new situation that Anshun Baojia Boxing is facing in helping rural governance,the paper discusses its future trend in order to better tap the governance value of Anshun Baojia boxing and boost rural revitalization.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Anshun Baojia Boxing originated from the "skills carried by immigrants" in the Zhengnan War during the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty,and evolved into folk martial arts after a long time of development.Since Bao Jia Fist entered Qian,it showed different governance values in different historical periods.In the Ming Dynasty,due to the influence and needs of war,the governance value of Anshun Bao Jia Boxing was mainly military value.The Qing Dynasty was the transition period when Anshun Baojia Boxing transformed from military martial arts to folk martial arts.Due to the transformation of the identity of the people of Baotun,the demand for Anshun Baojia Boxing changed.During this period,the governance value of Anshun Baojia Boxing showed in fighting defense,fitness and entertainment,and ethnic exchanges and communication.During the period of the Republic of China,under the influence of special social environment,the defense value of Anshun Baojia boxing was further strengthened,and its educational value also began to highlight.Since the founding of New China,the nature of society has undergone tremendous changes.Especially in recent years,the state attaches great importance to the inheritance of excellent traditional culture and the implementation and promotion of rural revitalization strategy,and the governance value of Anshun Bao Jia Boxing gradually presents a trend of diversification.(2)The change of governance value of Anshun Baojia Boxing presents the following rules: The change of the cultural and social environment is the prerequisite for the change of the governance value of Anshun Baojia Boxing,the change of the demand of the cultural subject is the fundamental motivation for the change of the governance value of Anshun Baojia boxing,political factors are the decisive force,innovation is the internal soul of the change of the governance value of Anshun Baojia boxing,and economic interests are the important force for the change of the governance value of Anshun Baojia boxing.(3)The change rule of governance value of Anshun Bao Jia Boxing provides the following enlightenment for traditional national sports to help rural governance: Traditional ethnic sports in rural governance should adapt to the changes of cultural and social environment,traditional ethnic sports in rural governance should meet the needs of mass culture,traditional ethnic sports in rural governance should meet the national development strategy,traditional ethnic sports in rural governance should pay attention to the basic role of economy.(4)Through the field investigation of Baojiatun,it is found that under the background of rural revitalization,Anshun Baojiatun is facing the following situations: the people of Baojiatun have insufficient understanding of the governance value of Anshun Baojiatun,the integration degree of Anshun Baojiatun and rural tourism needs to be improved,the lack of professional talents,the lack of financial support and policy guarantee from the local government,and the inheritance mechanism of Anshun Baojiatun needs to be improved.(5)In view of the new situation that Anshun Baojia Boxing is facing in helping rural governance,the future trend is proposed as follows: To enhance villagers’ cultural identity of Anshun Baojia boxing,promote the integrated development of Anshun Baojia boxing and rural tourism,cultivate rural martial arts elites,increase the financial support and policy guarantee of local government,construct an effective Baojia boxing inheritance mechanism,and deeply explore and elaborate the governance value of Anshun Baojia boxing.
