As an important change in the contemporary western historiography,the new cultural history has exerted a profound influence on the historical research.The theoretical method of new cultural history has wide applicability,and makes a unique explanation of the historical changes of politics,economy,society and thought from the perspective of culture.With the continuous deep study of the new cultural history theory,in the process of combining its research perspective with the Chinese local research,the domestic historical research has also made a breakthrough.Historical research results are an important way to assist history teaching,so it is necessary to pay attention to the new achievements of academic research in teaching,so as to realize the development of teaching and research.Try to supplement the teaching of cultural history from the perspective of new cultural history,and find the connection between the two,which has both academic research significance and practical significance.This paper first summarizes the development and research status of the new cultural history theory,based on which the development of the new cultural history theory is summarized.Secondly,through the analysis of the cultural history content in the textbook,to find its connection with the new cultural history perspective.On the basis of the connection between the two,combined with the implementation of the party’s educational policy,the implementation of the core quality of history and the college entrance examination evaluation system,to demonstrate the feasibility of the perspective of new cultural history in cultural history teaching.Thirdly,through the form of questionnaire survey,we deeply analyzed the current situation of cultural history teaching from four aspects of course cognition,learning interest,teaching methods and influencing factors,and found that the overall difficulty of cultural history learning is large,and the classroom teaching effect is not ideal;teaching lacks "humanity";students’ classroom participation is not high.In view of the above problems,the new perspective of cultural history is introduced into the cultural history teaching.Finally,the practical application of the perspective of new cultural history in cultural history teaching is shown by specific teaching cases,and the application strategies of the curriculum standards,paying attention to the academic frontier,paying attention to students ’needs and paying attention to the learning guidance are put forward from the perspectives of teachers’ teaching and students’ learning.In short,the teaching of cultural history from the perspective of new cultural history is feasible and effective,which helps teachers to guide students to learn actively and highlight the subject status of students’ learning.This improves the teaching effect to a certain extent.
