| A safe and harmonious campus environment is an important guarantee and prerequisite for the healthy growth of students.School bullying is the act of one or more parties on and off campus and between students who deliberately and repeatedly and continuously bully the other party, causing serious physical or psychological harm to the bullied party.According to relevant survey data, although the incidence of bullying in schools has generally decreased in recent years,it is still high.School bullying not only poses a threat to students’ physical and mental health, but also is not conducive to the construction of a harmonious campus environment and the spread of positive social energy. This study uses cognitive behavior theory, social learning theory, and a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods to carry out school bullying behavior research in Xifeng County H Primary School through social work classrooms. The experiment carried out social work classroom teaching in accordance with the "Refuse School Bullying,You and I Walk Hand in Hand" plan, and carried out nine social work classroom intervention courses for each of the three intervention group classes to help students correctly understand school bullying, clarify the harm of school bullying, and improve students’ coping ability, interpersonal skills, emotional control ability, and empathy ability of school bullying,so as to reduce the occurrence of school bullying. The data results show that: first, the number of people involved in school bullying in the intervention group decreased after the intervention;Second, before and after the intervention, the scores of students’ interpersonal relationship scale, emotion control scale, and empathy scale all showed a certain increase, all showing different degrees of improvement.Third, the before and after test results of the control group did not show significant differences, which means that the intervention of social workers classroom intervention in school bullying is effective. In summary,it is learned that the use of professional methods of social work classroom intervention can reduce the occurrence of bullying in schools, and improve students’ interpersonal skills, emotional control skills, and empathy skills. It has reference value for the study of school bullying.By reflecting on the practical process of this study, although there are some positive points, there are also many problems.Due to the lack of practical experience in social work and the low attention paid to individual students in social work classrooms, there is still room for further improvement of practical results. At the same time, school bullying still needs the participation of all parties to achieve substantive results, and it is hoped that through the attempts and explorations of this study, families, schools and society can be called upon to work together to prevent the occurrence of school bullying. |
